Hi fellow green thumbs, I’m not trying to overtake this forum but I’m having the opposite problem. Growing auto Stardawg outside in coco with canna nutes. I’m starting week six tomorrow and still no pistils. Though I have to say she keeps growing and growing so no complaints on that part but I got her seed from a bag, don’t ask me how an auto seed got in a bag but my guy admitted it’s auto. Anyone have any clue as to what’s going on? Please

She also took well to topping so I started thinking she’s not auto, it took her a week after sprouting to move at all, ( she’s in one of those potatoe grow bags) then she took off like speedy Gonzales. I’ve looked for photo type Stardawg seeds but could t find any, almost like that’s all she is. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys and gals

Hmmmmmmm.....well, I suppose at this stage, you've no choice but to give her more time. May I ask if you're recieiving 12/12 lighting outside yet where you are at this time of year, or is it still getting over 12hrs?...I'm leaning towards it being a photoperiod...with auto's, they sex pretty early on even when they're still producing foilage (Hence the terms sexing, and flowering being different stages for auto's). While I'm sure your guy isn't lieing or anything, I'm sure it's also possible that he is mistaken, or given wrong information on strain type, or even recieved the wrong seeds. I just got two photo's in with my batch of auto's actually. Anyways, hope this could help...and I ran two Starryder Auto's which I think is by the same breeder?

Thanks bro, where I’m at I’m still getting too much light. Th problem is by the time it gets down to 12/12 the temps might drop too low. I guess the best thing I can do is wait 2 weeks and if I dont see pistils I’ll put her in an outside closet for 12/12.
If you received photos in a pack of autos then maybe that’s what happened here.
Thanks again
