One pound harvest?

I know they weren't looking the greatest. They were perfect until about 2 weeks ago. My water ph and tds was slightly high, and the nitrogen was a little high because of the emulsion, and I had a slight case of salt buildup that I removed and flushed durring transplanting. I have since invested in a 5 part reverse osmosis water filtration system. I've corrected the ph issue and cut back on the amount fed per week since the soil is already nutrient rich. they have since recovered, resumed regular growth and color. The picture was older and the yellowing was old growth. Here's some updated pics..
You shouldn’t be ph’ing water in soil especially super soil and organics. The 5 part ro setups usually add stuff back you don’t want. If you’re using ro water ensure either a: no runoff or b: if there is make sure to leave it in the tray and let it get sucked up. Also mykos are all your should be giving. If it’s truly super soil top dressing with the soil itself and watering in should be more then enough to make sure it finishes happy and healthy.

I posted above the reasoning for the crisp. It was fixed a little over a week ago, they have since recovered. I also posted updated pics taken today.

I have 2 2x4 tents. If I start to scrog them now and separate them one in each 2x4 tent would a pound be more attainable?
Ya, 2 tents with a plant in each one could do it. My plants put out around 1/2 lb a piece each time.

What are the downsides to RO water?
My tap water had a tds of over 200ppm and the ph was 8.3 out of the faucet. And 7.8 after open evaporation.
With my fish emulsion added it drops down to around 6.6.
I drop the ph with advanced nutrients ph down to around 5.8_6.4

With the RO water i would still be adjusting my ph but hope that the filtration will remove alot of the minerals and dissolved solids to lower my TDS to a manageable point under 2-300

I don't have much choice other than to ph down because of my high tap ph in the 8+ph range. And another water source isn't really an option. I started my amended soil with a base which has active fungi. Also adding voodoo juice once a week and a bud candy carb load to maintain my bacterial numbers with having to adjust my water

Yeah I am. I never went below 6 previously but noticed if I ph down to 5.8 and the water sits for an hr or more the ph slowly increases to between 6-6.5. Should I not ph my water at all? Because originally the high ph caused problems that have since been resolved and they've recovered with only adjusting the ph and flushing well.

Leave out the pH down.

The Ca is buffering the pH back up. The problem sounds like too much Ca vs the pH being high. That acid you're adding is probably helping chelate and flush out some Ca. I have Ca in my water too, which is why I'll occasionally add citric acid and water until runoff.

The height of your plant doesn't really dictate your yield.
It's how efficiently you're converting all that light energy into mass.
2 extreme examples.
Instagrammer "northern scrogger" gets 1lbs+ plants that are like 3 inches in height lol
Ttystikk on these forums gets 1lbs+ from like 3sqft of floor.
The nodes on these girls are quite tight compared to strains I've grown in the past. Ill have to check out the northern Scroggins guy and see what he's about.

The Ca is buffering the pH back up. The problem sounds like too much Ca vs the pH being high. That acid you're adding is probably helping chelate and flush out some Ca. I have Ca in my water too, which is why I've occasionally added citric acid and watered until runoff.
The Ca and other chlorimates are a big issue in my water. And even after 48 hr evaporation is tasteable. Hence why I figured RO would be the only option for clean water.
I was originally using a half lemon per 2.5 gallons of water to lower the water ph to a manageable point. But I also clone with a turboklone and the ph being so high killed every clone. Using the lemon trick dropped the ph and made roots but got bubbles once it churned through the pump for a while. So I was forced to switch to a real ph down for my clones. (Now 100% success rate) and thats how I came about using it in my soil, plants.

I don't know what's in your water. But lemon juice is citric acid. It's super cheap and easy to use. I bought a big bag off Amazon. It'll last forever. It's also useful with some gummy recipes. It'll keep cut apples and fruit fresh too, lol. Maybe give that a shot instead of lemon.

I appreciate the advice. Ill check it out. That would probably be less detrimental than the ph down i currently use.

You will not achieve your goal of one lb. In a 2x4 tent with mentioned light in " super soil "
You need more space and more intense lighting to accomplish your goal.
Know any other lighting options? Better quality leds that would fit in a 2x4? I was considering side lighting. Or inner canopy lighting.
