Ec runoff during late flower

So its day 59 starting week 9 I have 3 plants in a AC INFINITY 3x3 tent with s33 ionboard light. The plants are in 5 gal cloth pots, filled with happy frog soil. I've been feeding floranova grow and bloom with cal mag+ and recharge.

Still kinda new to growing only have a cpl grows under my belt. Still making rookie mistakes id imagine. I ran into lockout problems a cpl times i believe during flowering. I think it was borderline lockout going back and forth. Unfortunately I took the advice of my local hydro store guy and he was wrong with the advice he gave.

Anyway.... so I checked the runoff and the ec was 4. Something. Is this high low what? Do I need to flush? Any tips will be appreciated.

I do want to point out that I have trays catching the runoff and I shop vac the rest of the water out of the trays. So idk if the reading is accurate given that the trays were never washed just the water was sucked out. So there was most likely some left over residue from the nutes...if that makes sense

Also can someone tell me if my clip fans are in a good spot? I don't have them pointed down on the plants, however I have them on full blast blowing across the canopy. Im trying to get good air movement. Last grow my buds got bud rot, im still mad about it

What is your nutrient EC? My nutes are 1.2 to 1.6 EC, and might get near 1000 PPM on the runoff, sometimes 1200 PPM. It can vary a little, but when the difference gets too extreme, I use that as a signal to flush.

A 4 EC on the runoff indicates to me either salt build up or too high an input EC, maybe both.
