Have you let the soil dry out before you watered again?
Next time you do water give them 1 table spoon black strap molasses
looks like they are needing micro nutes bad.

Welcome to RIU Bud

This is either a simple underwatering or a sever overwatering. Underwatering causes the whole leaf and the stem to droop, overwatering, just the tip, but if it becomes very severe, the whole leaf and eventually the stem start to droop too.

So check if your soil is dry or wet...

um your roots are locking out....do not add more water, wait for the soil to dry out (aim the fan at that bucket)...I'm talkin 3 days maybe 4...don't transplant, you're going to shock it. You are going to lose a few leaves after this, let them fall off, don't take them off.

Ok been doing that!! I think it cause the plants are in the back a bit and were not getting enough air over them!! The front ones are dry the back are still wet!! I will get another little fan! to help a bit!!! I back ones I moved up to the front now they look a little better now!! TY guys

update one of the plants looks real bad like its dead. The soil is damp but not real wet you sure this is over watering?

If that were my plant I would start trimming off all the dead stuff. Just so the buds are getting air circulation. The way the leaves are drooping over the buds could cause them to suffocate. Thye for sure have an issue but you have let your soil go fairly dry and they still droop which leads me to think that it is not totally a watering issue. Thye aslo look hungry but they do not look well enough to eat almost like they have the flu or something. All this reminds me of the plants I had growin in bad soil. Bad soil syndrome makes for very difficult and confusing diagnosis, hard to figure the girls problems when soil isn't spot on and yummy for the plants. Have you checked your soil mass? Like all of it for mold or fungus. You could stick a long stick in there a couple of different spots and then take a whiff, if it smells funky at all then it is funky for the plants. Should smell like fresh damp rich soil if there is no funk there.

If your soil does turn out to be nasty the only thing you can do to remedy is either put into fresh soil (I've done it this late into flowering w/ no problems) or trim all dead or nearly dead leaves off and let her get along as far as possible befor you harvest. Good luck and hope this helps.
