OG18 How do I shorten the nodes?

I need some advice! I want to know the best way of shortening the nodes on OG18? Both during Veg and Flowering! I use a MH 400w in Veg and 2 1000W HPS in a 10X11 room for flowering! I cant seem to tighten up the nodes no matter what I try! I'm leaning towards Bushmaster. Any opinions on applying it for best results or maybe something better? Thanx for any help!!!

I keep my node spacing very tight by keeping the plants VERY close to the light during veg.
Like 4 in away from my 150w hps an 175 Mh an lights on 24/7.
To do this I had to seal the upper cab with the lights an vent the heat, or you could use a cool tube.

But as soon as I flower, they will streatch for about 3-4 weeks.
I dont think anything will stop it, but INTENSE light will slow the stretch....
(Same Cronic 2 weeks flower about doubbled in size.)

Heres a light distance chart , I would try an keep your 1000w hps 12-14 inches from the tops to keep stretch away during flower?
The MH try 5-8 inches away plant>

I believe that Bushmaser uses plant hormone Kenitin?
Ive treid kenitin/cytokenitin to make the plants bushier an seen no difference.

keeping your plants cool and high humidity helps keep node spacing tight during veg.. low humidity and heat lead to stretching.
