Q: “Will you consider legalizing marijuana so that the government can regulate it, tax it, put age limits on it, and create millions of new jobs and create a billion dollar industry right here in the U.S.?” S. Man, Denton
A: President-elect Obama is not in favor of the legalization of marijuana.

Disappointing answer to my question.

I made a new YouTube video about this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sD9ff2AVFNA

And BTW- The link on my signature, is reciprocated by a link to RollitUp.org that I have on every page of my website. The webmaster of this site and I have already made this agreement. I have about 600 pages on my site that link back to rollitup.org So Im not taking without giving, and I am not linking my site here without permission.
Thanks for your concern!! =)

It was a good video until you strayed into the abortion topic.

Unless you have a vagina, you don't have a say on what the vagina does. No, abortion should not be used as a method of birth control, but if a woman is using birth control and it fails, doesn't she have the right to not have a child she doesn't even want?

I would rather see babies aborted than born and killed later on. Kaylee Anthony is a perfect example. The mom didn't want her and where is she today?

I don't support abortions, I think abortion is murder. I think there is no difference between killing Kaylee, or killing a partially born baby. (Obama supports partial birth abortions).

I don't feel like Obama has his priorities right. He would rather fund baby killers rather than support the healing of the nation!

And BTW, my wife has a vagina and she feels the same way about both topics.

Dirty cops.Maybe you can carry a cam around that is transmitting to a remote pc so they can't squelch any evidence you collect.

I made a video on how to do just that:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvOaoTE9xQM

You can get a little mini-camera the size of a quarter (coin), that costs $40. And you can get mobile internet just about anywhere.
This is a practical solution to a problem with police that I have implimented myself. I have yet to use it.

Well that sounds fun. Maybe we should make "pig madness" videos, showing how dangerous the police really are........

Has everyone signed Stoney's petition? Got any family members that will sign it?
We don't have to make any..Just watch TruTV and it's all there!! It mystifies me why more defendants don't use the TV footage of their busts in court. Can't count how often LEO whups shit out of some guy for doing what they were telling him.:fire:

Considering Eric Holder (known drug warrior and supporter of mandatory minimum sentencing) is the Attorney General, and Joe Biden (original drug warrior and supporter of mandatory minimum sentencing) is the VP.... I dont think anything will be decriminalized anytime soon... fucking old ass shrimps! :cuss::cuss:
but really, go to norml's website and read some of the literature on how these two have helped propagate the drug war and especially the war on ganja if you still have any hope of the drug war winding down in the next four years. Im not sure who he appointed to the ONDCP, but whoever it is they are legally bound to be a total dick no matter what. Its a viscious cycle.. and until it isn't considered political suicide to endorse decriminalization/legalization we have a long and perilous path to legalization.
that being said... how bout some of the best civil disobedience around bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie?

you mean you dont agree with obamas priorities. and its probably easier to make a change to a law/idea that has already been written up and looked over. the marijuana bill is fairly fresh compared to that of abortion.

For around the outside of my house I've got 24?7 night vision motion detecting following pan/tilt cameras 360 degrees, I've had them far longer than I've been growing this time.. Got into a pissin' contest with the local dog cop..and won.. Oh boy she weren't happy!!*seg* But is she hadn't violatated my rights and tried to make up the rules as she saw fit...gomenasi(?) Best of all we have it in writing!!*LOL*
Any way..X10 makes the best, and I believe only gear of that type..Everybody else uses X10 just changing the label. I't cheap too. All of mine 4cameras 4 p/t motors all relays and switches was $400.00 Well worth it considering when she saw them..well hasn't even driven by lately.. Oh, another kick..The towns building a new cop shop...right down the street.

Lol, I know. That and an 80's cell phone, and you're not going anywhere.
Late 80's a camera like that would of weighed 60 pounds. They would have just caught me faster:mrgreen:
You're entitled to you opinion. But the issues are separate.

Wow, that's a good idea. Then you have the facts, and they can't refute it.

BTW- Wordpress is a solid software platform with a great petitioning software/plugin for free. That's what I am using.

My site is slow right now, but I am going to upgrade my server soon.

I think the marijauna community is expecting too much too fast. Despite how passionatly we feel about the subject, the point is that there are far more important issues that Obama needs bi-party cooperation for. And legalization/decriminalization is a very polarizing issue. My understanding is that, no matter how Obama really feels about the subject, if he were to move forward on that issue, it would ruin his opprotunities to do more important things.

Also, he's not a bad president for supporting a women's right to choose (Therefore MY right to choose), in my opinion. Taking choices and liberties away from people is something we hated about the Bushadministration, correct?

I hear you, it's not the most pressing issue out there, but we can't let him forget.

Actually marijuana has been legal in our country twice before. It's not all that big of a problem to re-legalize it.

But Obama's response about legalization is what is most concerning. He is not saying "maybe". His statement on Change.gov is "Obama is not in favor of legalization".

Out of all our country is going through, and he makes abortion one of his #1 priorities.

What I am saying is that Obama's priorities are fucked up!

I don't believe anyone should have the choice to abort anyone, born or unborn. Personally, abortion in either scenario is murder.

Just my opinion.

As a man, I can't choose to murder someone (legally). Why should it be any different for anyone else?

I believe any adult has the right to put in or take out anything from their body they want. There have been abortion debates before on here, and I've said the same thing. If they made it illegal tomorrow, there are still herbs that will get the job done. It's been going on way longer than any abortion laws. The thing about abortion is, you can't force your morality upon another.I'm going to assume you have a religious or spiritual objection to abortion, please correct me if I'm wrong. But, you see, not everyone believes the same way spiritually you do, so to say noone should be able to do it because you think it's wrong is basically forcing your religious or spiritual beliefs on someone else. And I'm sure you'll bring up adoption, but the plain and simple fact is, pregnancy and childbirth cause irreversable changes in your body.Noone should have to go through that if they don't want to.Just my personal belief.IMO, it's only murder if it's a sentient being, and a fetus is not.

I can give you an answer quite bluntly, I don't agree with murder. Call that religion, or just being a decent human being..

It has something to do with EVERYONE's right to "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness".. That's not just a moral standard, but it's part what our country was founded on.

I think even un-born babies are humans, people, with rights. And these horrible partial birth abortions are even more disgusting.

Can not anyone see a dim future when euthenasia is a common practice of birth control. What a weak, lazy, fucked up society we have become!

And Im not saying that's just anyone who has an abortion is using it as birth control. But I think there should be some kind of competency test, and validation of a serious medical situation, such as a life threatening surety.. I think that should be an asbolute requirement before we allow another baby to get killed, simply as a "choice"..

Fuck choice. I can't legally choose to kill you.
