nv patients can grow till march 2016 regardless of dispensary opening in county also just like arizona which this was modeled after if ya live 25 miles away from one ya can grow your own also the 5k plus 150k in liguid asests is for a dispensary a cultivation lic is 3k and no specifics are yet set yeah slow nv legislators this from reno activist for mmj also basically im assuming this state is trying two things one to force ya to buy from disp to collect more into there greedy pockets (as business owner i know i even get taxed on tools etc every year that allready paid taxes on) two is to say we did what ya want but make it expensive and unobtainable for most people we only have 3900 patients how would a taxable dispensary survive with so few unlike other states that have 30 to 100 thousand patients to fuel the economy greatfully they are supposed to reduce patient fees by half next year

12 is nice, but still not anything to be happy about, being around cannabis is therapeutic to me, the more plants, the better I fell, unfortunatly that won't hold up in court

there are only two exceptions two the law, one a person with out a drivers licences do medical condition and cannot make it to the dispensaries on there own.Two you pay a $1000 dollars a year for a cultivation licence, to sell to dispensaries, if you can prove a rare strain that they do not have, then you sell too them legally. but I'm screwed cause. I'm not paying a $1000 to grow in my own home screw that noise, looking into investing in a dispensary in northern Nevada, because your going to have to pay for going rate for meds, in my county there is a 6% percent tax, the money is all ready spent, they made a big announcement locally how the money is going back in the community. I'm live 35 miles south of Reno, Reno is looking at economical impact study,they all ready saying it will bring drugs,prostituting,crime, they are bitching now wait. until they see how much money it makes then they will change there story. and open up more or tax the shit out of so it not worth the effort. some one finally figured out they can make money selling medical weed, don't know if thats good or bad. cause the small guy like me gets screwed once again.

its a xxxxxxxx scam they figured out how to make money, look at the prices to open a dispensary, a $1000 a year to get a licence, then you pay at dispensaries, take it or leave it they own the monopoly, you will pay one way or the other, they want your money and don't care how, they will screw us if they can. then people are going to get ratted out for growing, the laws for growing with out permission is going to get bad. some one is going to get screwed hard to set the tone, and get every ones attention.

I guess the little guy, like me, gets screwed big time, that always grew legally limit wise, now I say all bets are off,and I'm growing as many as I can get in my grow rooms now, catch me if you can. and screw the new laws its all about the money, bottom line, its that xxxxxxxxx simple.

your right but to have to pay a $1000 a year is crazy, to sell to dispensers, more people are going off the grid I would if I could, I'd be gone 20 years ago.when all this bs started. I know a guy right now looking for people to invest $ 10,000.00 to start a dispensary, you get your money back in 6 months, or get stock/shares, not sure its going to work, cause I ain't got ten grand, thats where the suits come in,they got money and connections, be Leary of the suits my friend.

I gotta disagree, $1000 is not much at all, actually I thought it was $3000. They could charge me 1K a month to legally sell and profit from a dispensary and I'd happily pay it. Do you have any idea what just ONE properly grown plant is worth? And they just upped your limit to 12. You should be climbing you some of those Sierra Nevada's you're so close to in Minden, the altitude would do your herb some good, not complaining about the suits charging you half a plant a year to make more money than, well, anyone in Minden's ever made if you do it right.

I have only had 8 to 10 grows under my belt, so a $ 1000 year is out of the question, plus there is no garentee that they will buy enough, from me so it pays for its self, my plants are not that spectacular, just some clones that were extra, so I'll see.
