program have two XML bank
1- element: like Nitrogen N , Phosphorus P
2- substance like Potassium nitrate KNO3,Calcium nitrate Ca(NO3)2

program have 14 element as default, you can add as much as you want
program have 10 substance as default, you can add as much as you want
you can specify the purity percentage for calculations
you can select the material from the list or write the formula yourself
write formula like this: NO3,Ca(NO3)2

if you want to formulate yourself follow two rules:
1- if element name have one character you must type it in uppercase
2- if element name have two character like Iron (Fe) you must type the first character in uppercase and the second character in lowercase

i'm working to make the program more powerful and smart soon

default element:

Nitrogen N
Phosphorus P
Potassium K
Calcium Ca
Magnesium Mg
Sulfur S
Boron B
Iron Fe
Zinc Zn
Copper Cu
Manganese Mn
Molybdenum Mo
Hydrogen H
Oxygen O

default substance:

Potassium nitrate KNO3
Calcium nitrate Ca(NO3)2
Magnesium sulfate MgSO4
Monopotassium phosphate KH2PO4
Magnesium nitrate Mg(NO3)2
Potassium sulfate K2SO4
Phosphoric acid H3PO4
Ammonium nitrate NH4NO3
Potassium hydroxide KOH
Boric acid H3BO3

this is download link for version 1.0.0
qhd.ir/download/NutrientSolutionCalculator.rar

if anyone has a suggestion please tell me...

the new version was ready
new version is smarter than the previous version
This version can propose what kind of material to increase ppm
also tell you if use this material what happend to other elements ppm
new version pic and program are attached

Hydrobuddy has a lot of recipes stored in its program, might want to check it out. I have used fatmans coco coir formula for years with great success. I did a side by side grow between fatmans and foxfarm trio and fatmans won hands down. Plenty of micronutes in fatmans however fatmans is high and low on certain elements which i adjusted with hydrobuddy. Doing extensive research i have found nute companies add the minimum amount of micro nutes which is why you will get iron and magnesium deficiencies during some stages of growth. This is where diy comes in, You KNOW your plants have everything they need. Even the ph is stable at 6.0

LIST OF INGREDIENTS; "Sources for compounds listed below= ebay and amazon"

Calcium Nitrate
Potassium Nitrate
Iron Chelate "DTPA" AT 11%
MonoPotassium Phosphate
Magnesium sulfate
Manganese sulfate
Boric Acid
Zinc Sulfate
Copper sulfate
Ammonium Molybdate

The average concentration of these elements should fall within these parameters;

Nitrogen "nitrate form" 70-300 ppm
Nitrogen "ammonium form" 0-30 ppm
Potassium 200-400 ppm
Phosphorous 30-90 ppm
Calcium 150-400 ppm
Sulfur 60-330 ppm
Magnesium 25-75 ppm
Iron .5 - 8.0 ppm
Boron .1 - 1.0 ppm
Manganese .1 -1.0 ppm
Zinc .02 - .2 ppm
Molybdenum .01 - .1 ppm
Copper .02 - .2 ppm

I've noticed that too. (Iron in particular)

^ this exactly. People constantly make replies on these threads suggesting DIY nutes is too complicated or hard and that it's not worth the effort.. That's how i feel about non-DIY nutes!! I know exactly what my plants are getting. Dialing in is a matter of adding more of a nutrient, not adding a bottle. Need more Ca? Add more Ca. No more pointless "which brand is the best" or "do i need calmag?" Your problems become brand agnostic.

Couldn't have said it better myself churchhaze. Right on point, $35 for a bottle of what?!!! lol and i have to buy another bottle because you didnt add whats supposed to be in it??? Big con game if you ask me. Its so easy to learn this stuff and it doesnt take a genius to figure it out
