Thanx for the po. energies for my Brodie. I just ordered 2 HPS setups that look like the bomb and now am checkin out the cooltube dealio...Goota love good advice (McSmokester)....I'm stoked. Definitely check back and advise on anything you see wrong. Peace.

damn man not a bad 150 HPS right there!

i would def. recommend that light if you are just gonig to finish this plant off, and keep it small for your next grow!

i picked up a Sunsystem 400 watt HPS/MHL light for alittle over 300.
comes with the ballast already built in and clamps to hang from about anything, and she plugs into the wall!

when i start my plant, i start them under 2, 40" inche T-8's. one bulb is a plant spectrum and the other in a sunlight spectrum, picked it up at a garage sale and it works wonders!! i can basically have the lights a centimeter away from the plants. so this whole month i grow them under the T-8' they grow strong and short, no lenky stems and the T-8's help produce more root growth and usually never see root rot! than after a month, its to the sunsystem!

the one thing i love about sunsystem 400 watt HPS/MHL system is that after growing my plants under the T-8's for a month i switch it to the 400 watt MHL. The MHL has the best light spectrum for Vegitation growth! i usually grow with the MHL until all the palnts in my garen have shown me thier sexes!

than after picking which one will stay, i change out the MHL light and re-place it with the HPS, as we all know the more red/orange spectrum the light creates, kinda signituring the summers hours changing from 18/6 to 12/12, and of course fall approaches!

i wouldnt have choose another light from anyway else! this light performs better than i could have ever imagined!

but everyone is different.

i have yet to really have heat problems too!
i dont need to set up an air cooled system, but you easily could!


but like i will always....... i dont want you to change your ways from what i tell you, i just hope my little light speal helps you out!

Man,I'm glad your dogs ok,now,move the plant closer,2in is ok,for flowering use a HPS,with this you get a nice red spectrum.Give the boy wonder his own beans and let him do things HIS way.

Yes it did...Just have to wait for the lamps now...stupid sunday..Im twichin. Damn OCD (just kiddn that really is a serious disorder). ..Sorry for lack of posts yesterday...had to do a trip to France and just walked back in the door...Hate international red-eyes...

you need more sufficient light...
that would be my guess to as why you have tall plant not much leaf growth...
put ALL the lights 1-3 inches from plant...
idk if you have some red spectrum CFLS... but you might want to think about investing in some..
