Wow that just seem's bad business.
Mike left me a bit unsure. He came off as a salesmen.
But after hearing from you and some other actual farmer's input.
I am really excited to try them. If they do what they say. They will have a life long customer from me. And probably some other's watching this.
My biggest concern is flavor I am a picky picky biatch about taste and love the couchlock.
That is why I alway's will have my GDP as a staple.And Erkle.

im right there with you bro ! I want to use the products that work the best, if thats a.n. Than thats what i want to use.... But i dont give a damn about the politics of it.... I dont care if one company uses the word marijuana and the other company doesnt, i just want what works best.
A.n.'s marketing techniques turn me off but im not saying they dont work well, and im not knocking anyone for using them.
Ive used hammerhead in the past and i still use their ph down but thats about it, im looking foward to seeing how they do, and i would love to see h&g against a.n.

Bio biz. do you think better than BMO? Cause that stuff was delicous.
I ahve used some of bio biz stuff. The hydro shop I used to go to alway's had mass free sample's of that stuff. But I never did use it all on it's own. All way's an in combo with Fox farm's.

I have not had anyone bring anything back yet. First I would try to find out why they were not happy with the product and ask them about thier application practices, just to ensure they were using the product to its full potential and at the proper growth stage. But yes, I will refund the purchase price in full, and offer a discount on a comparable item if in stock. It is all about customer satisfaction for me. I asked my sales rep. from the get go how that works,
AN will reimburse me the cost of said item.
Did you or someone you know have a bad experience at the hydro store trying to return any product? I can almost guarantee it was the owner of the store who has a policy against returning items. You would be surprised how many people buy things with similiar guarantees only with the intention of using the item until it is near gone then returning it. Then going to another store to start all over again.

yea, you are the first person/store i have found willing to honor the guarantee....
I have talked to 5 hydro stores that all said they stopped honoring the guarantee because A.N. doesnt ever pay them back...
if i buy $2000 worth of AN nutrients from you and it doesnt give better results than what im using, then will you return my 2 grand? I will do it right now and pay for shipping ect.. I would only try to return them if they dont beat cutting edge, canna, H&G, ect... you yourself said that it was "no contest", so A.N. should have no problem beating the other companies.
if it AN gives the best results than i will not ask for a refund and i will be their new biggest supporter and customer.

My favorite hydro shop is awesome.
That honor the warranty's on there ballast's, bulb's and most thing's they carry.
If my ballast burn's out I take to them and they hand me a new one.
Right there on the spot. I will never by anything from anyone else.

my shop will exchange/return anything except A.N. products, they even have exchanged a old 300.00 dollar relay box that i bought on clearance ($240) and i had no receipt and i had written numbers on it, and drilled a hole in the housing... they are great about service except they dont agree with AN's claims, so they wont honor them 
im not trying to come off as a jerk here, but i dont really believe the claims AN makes, BUT if they are true i would use their products... i will use whatever is best, regardless of price or number of products.
but im skeptical, so it would be nice to utilize the guarantee they have in place for this exact situation, i feel that im not out of line for trying to take advantage of their offer...

i wanted to add that cutting edge is soo confident of their product, that when i talked to them, to tell them i would like to do a side by side test, with Cutting Edge VS Canna VS House & Garden, they responded by giving me their entire line including additives in full size bottles (gallons and quarts).
house & garden has givin me a decent amount of stuff as well...
canna gives me 5 liter bottles once a year because im on their prefered customer list.
so maybe the other companies dont have a guarantee but if they think you are a serious grower, then they will want you to try their products.

I ran humboldt Master A&B and prozyme for veg and i justed started 12/12 and added in ginormous and honey ES. Its my first grow so i can't compare it to much but i have a couple grower buddies who are thinking about switching to humboldt after seeing my plants.
Anyways I won the whole line up from Cutting Edge Solutions. What should i expect.

I use Bio Bizz Bloom in calibration with FF BB and FF TB and Earth Juice Grow and Catalyst during flowering cycle...... after trying a few different combinations and trying a few products/product lines solely, I have found the combination I am using to provide for best results.
AN is a great fertilizer company..... just not for these plants in these conditions, nor with the mediums I am using, Im sure you are aware that those things play a big part in nutrient uptake and fertilizer selection....

I am probably going to use Sunshine mix#4 with 15% perlite and 15% vermiculite.
Any tip's or input on prepping that medium would be appreciated.
