Hey doc your grow is bringing renewed interest in water farms it like takes me back to when this site was hopping I'm remembering stuff like bubbleponics & the bubble heads ( my first hydroponic grow) this is good stuff!
Those were good times with lots of awesome people , amazing positive fun helpful people sharing and supporting each other. I very much support and encourage that type of positive energetic environment here.

Anyone Wishing to contribute in a positive way.....your always welcome in my journals to share helpful information, show off work you are proud of and share accomplishments!

bubbleheads was so cool. That was a tight fun place and I miss my old friends there. I had a lot of fun on that site.

Looking good Amber. You might want to bump that screen up just a bit to make weaving and topping off a little easier. Also so you don’t have to bend the branches at such a sharp angle and risk buckling. I set my screen about 12” above the top of the bucket seems to be the sweet spot..
Thank you Scottyballs!! I will do that!

I love this time of year! Halloween is my favorite holiday and I am getting ready to make the tent ultra spooky!

I picked up some styrofoam skulls and started painting them to match my scrog screen.

Thank you LaughingGrass!
Yes, I think that’s a good idea. I ordered some 12 inch feathers for them so that I can make a bright Indian headdress for them to match my Indian warrior theme.
Awesome I'll be keeping my eye out! Too bad you couldn't run those black lights during lights out. I'm a big halloween fan too. We've got a halloween party to go to on Saturday. A friend who's an airbrush artist is going to be doing my face for me, just have to figure out what I want to be this year.

That’s so awesome! I will do some photos with black lights only lights out with all the decorations in the tent closer to Halloween. It’s gonna be killer. I can’t wait to see you Halloween costume. I have been browsing myself today!

I ordered this interesting travel screw on portable smoking bong piece device this morning! This is one clever design. Watch him screw it onto the big container. Lol! Incredible.

I took the scrog screen back off. Lol. It was down on about 8 inches of growth and Scottyballs recommendations is to place the screen down at 12 in.
as of yesterday I’m at about 10 inches.
she’s drinking about 3/4 gallon a day and I’m going to stop adding cal mag and cut back on the H2O2.
those 2 additional supplements were recommended to me by DAyzT. After scottyballs left DAyzT kinda became the next waterfarm master and I followed him. But if I dont need em I am happy not to use them!

Cheers!

Haha!
I ain’t gonna be done for Xmas I don’t think but at least it will be a white one!
(fingers crossed)
Yeah growth is so rapid and dependent on that drip ring soooo much. I had a taste of it today when I came home from work to check on her and feed her. she had only drank about a quarter gallon so I was kinda taken a back. I then went to check all connections and saw that her drip ring was not working. bongsmilie One of the air ways on the pump failed. The air stone was blasting but the ring tube air was not. This is a new air pump ffs!
. Luckily I had a backup one. It’s the piece of shit baby one hose air pump that they pack with the waterfarm kit when you buy it.

So I ordered the previous workhorse one I had that is an absolute winner. This one that worked no problems for like 5 years And got rid of it when I moved. So I bought another one and Looking forward to it by Friday with amazon prime shipping.

this one is very bad

I had the same general hydroponics air pump for years before it finally died during my last grow, loved it replaced the baffles twice but the motor final gave out Finished up with a petco aquarium pump.

Can't go wrong with that bad boy

Yeah. I loved that pump! I kept if for a long time even after I stopped growing. I sold all my gear except that bad boy for a couple years then got tired of lugging it around with me as I moved.
these skulls are a trip. Been painting them under a black light to get the perfect effects. So funny how the white actually looks navy blue under the black light and it produces such great texture that I would never see with the regular lights on.

Looking nice and healthy. Are you close to putting your screen back on yet? I'm using the same gh dual diaphragm pump, love how quiet it is. You can barely tell it's running compared to my old pumps.

Hi Laughing Grass, I’m at about 10 or 11 inches from top of plant to top of bucket and I totally agree with Master Scottyballs about waiting until the branches get longer to 12 inches from the waterfarm top to drop in the screen . The main trunk is quite thick now but still very moveable in those pebbles so and it could buckle easily. I have had plants in the past with a trunk lean and it’s not terrible but with this one now and the length of the main trunk I need to be careful. I would like to get the screen down by Halloween and flip to 12/12 next week as well. I’m very behind schedule with all the screw ups starting with the crushed seeds and waiting for new ones. Oh well, just rolling with the punches. My stash of blue cheese is dwindling down.

I hope you can squeeze your stash out until harvest, good thing they flower quickly. I had a similar issue with one of my plants tipping in the netpot. It's all cockeyed but didn't slow down a bit.
