Northern Lights 2023

5 plants just going into flower. Cloned from the 3 seed plants finishing up for a couple more weeks. Original seeds were derived from AG Seed Company stock. They came to me from a Secret Santa and I lost no time germinating them.

I grow in 4 gallon pots of promix hp and feed entirely with General Hydroponics Maxibloom, generally at 700-900 ppm.

I have a 4x5 Mars Hydro tent with a Viparspectra KS5000 light fixture. AC Infinity fans and controller managing the tent environment. I am definitely learning new tricks in a tent and having the technology to monitor conditions and benefitting from thoughtful advice has been really helpful

The original mothers are currently 9 weeks from seed. I took cuttings and flipped them at 3 weeks old because why not. So they have a couple weeks to go.

I took 4 cuttings from each plant going into flower. All 20 rooted in 11 days and are now actually growing in the incubation tray. Rapid rooters, heat mat, dome, lights on 24/7

You and I share the same secret Santa but mine is only 19 days from flip.


I'm loving the flower size and structure of yours. They look great. Can't wait to hear a smoke report on them. Nice looking grow!

I went in on training. I usually just top once and lollipop for clones. This time I did secondary topping then supercropped anything sticking up. I'm going to end up with a lot of tops. The mothers were just topped once but they are sturdy and need no support!

I just put gals into flower, but my next batch I am going to try the straight pro-mix and feed them with ???? instead of messing with super soil. I'll save the soil for outdoors!

Maxibloom is so easy. Why walk if you can ride. Maybe I'm missing out but I see a lot of successful grows and zero fails using it

Running NL#5 from AG right now. Excited to see what they do. Looking good!

Gorgeous! I really want to run those NL now, but I have my garden planned for the next three grows.

LOL. I am worried about my dwindling Meltdown supply. I could run this for the rest of the year but variety is nice

Both. Mostly #5. The 2s didn't germinate as well and there were more males culled. So there is one #2 near harvest. It's stocky and wide like 13x13 in a 2 gallon pot

I just set up a new veg tent. Ac Infinity 2x3 fits my space perfectly with 100W dimmable panels over each shelf. I'll be doing all my veggie starts for outdoors while vegging my clones. 4 inch ac infinity fan and controller to bring in fresh air.
