Noob problems

Ok so I have 2 plants growing, and as you can probably tell by the pictures it is my first grow. Before I start with the problems let me break down the set up. I have a 400w with a mh conversion bulb in for the vegging, about 1 foot above the plants with a fan on the lamp to cool it. The temp is between 70 and 85 depending on the time of day and since its winter on how long I leave the window open to give them fresh air. The humidity is something Im having problems with. Even with the humidifier it drops to 35 sometimes and doesnt get above 60. Ph on the soil is 6.4, and the water I use is about 7.2. There is the pictures of the nutes Im using with the npk on the back. Can anyone tell me why the leaves wont pick back up? And I know the pic of the node is blurry but can you tell the sex?

got to be a water problem... what kind of soil are u using? Maybe it doesn't drain well

I water about 2 times a week, and I use that crappy MG soil. I can put 2 big cups of water and not see a drop of water come out the bottom. Are those nutes ok, and would you guys recommend anything better?
