Yeah if anything it should be at the least 20 or 30 chars id think, because you really cant be contributing too much with 10 characters.

if i could save time in a bottle. . . I believe there shud b no min. That just limits us further in our freedom of speech (if ur lukky enuf to be in an area of the world that allows such. . .
