Nitro deficiency or light burn?

I have a handful of these that are turning pale green from top to bottom. Im in week 8 of veg.
Growning in BM7
Lights: HLG 550 v2's 30-35 inches above canopy. I have since moved them higher.
Nutes: Bontanicare veg at half strength every other watering with a little added Iron.
PH: 6.4- 6.6 Temps 75-79 Humidity 40-55% Floor temp 75ish.
I only water when the pot is light, and have a little overflow. I use a moisture meter as well.
I've grown outdoors, but not a complete cycle indoors with LED's... esp good ones.
The right pic is the rest of the group, both taken through the lens of my Method 7's with LED lights on.

Can I just ask,

Wouldn't burnt tips indicate there's to much of something and not to little?

Also doesn't the plant in the top right corner of the first picture appear to have an overabundance of nitrogen?

Overall, I have a good crop going here. But yeah, there are some freaks growing in this group. That is one of my "second chance" plants. I didn't think they were going to make it, but I thought I would give them a chance before I destroyed them. That one has about 2 more weeks before I decide to trash it.

Yes its begining stages of light burn. Im familiar with it. If you raised the lights then leave them there and give them a week and see if theres improvement. Also, that guy who said the plant at the upper right in the first pic had N toxicity is right also looks like its going through some heat stress as well maybe because the lights were close.

This entire group went through heat stress during seedling stage as the building was under construction. I picked the strong ones to concentrate on while I gave some others a second chance. Started with 102, and Im down to 88 at this point with just a couple that I know I will trash.

Just got back from the room. I did notice that one baby I put in the corner. "NOBODY PUTS BABY IN THE CORNER!!"... but I digress. Anyways, It had the same symptoms, and after 36ish hours, it has improved with no other added nutes. Not to say you are wrong hotrod, I have erred on the side of caution with the nutes, so they may need a bit more. Thanks for the info guys!, full steam ahead!.. I just flipped the timer to 12/12.

Im going to deduct 10 points off this grow because of the three pieces of perlite and a piece of paper on the ground.
