i paid my money for some seeds on nirvana shop and my status says

Customer successfully returned from ThemisPay, BUT the payment is ON HOLD by the fraud department.

why would my money be on hold, has anyone else had this problem with themispay ?

I am having the same issue as you are. Did you receive your beans yet?
I placed an order day after you, my CC got billed the day after and since then it says:
Status Shipped and Customer successfully returned from ThemisPay, BUT the payment is ON HOLD by the fraud department.

Sent a support ticked to the Help desk 3 days ago and still no answer... i guess i will not be using there services any more.

I had my cc company call me and say that they were canceling my card and sending me a new one. I think it is a red flag cause so many people respond "no I didn't order anything from Themis International." I told my company if the charge was a $129.00 go ahead and pay it, which they did. I was even ask what did I buy? Medical supplies of course.
I had my beans 8 days later. Go Blue.

Glad all ended well for you growlegal.

Im a bit confused... They took my cash no problem, but now considering it a fraud and holding my order without a refund?!
I beleave its common sense to decline the payment if you beleave there is something suspicious going on, not take the cash and pretend
nothing happened.
This all seems a bit effed if u ask me...:evil:

just looked at mine and it says "in transit." it took about 4 days for my cc company to approve. but never said what you guess have. ill keep you all updated

Well i just got the reply for the support ticket i made on nirvana's shop, and it says that
"Customer successfully returned from ThemisPay, BUT the payment is ON HOLD by the fraud department." status means that
their financial department manually checked an order. Turns out they approved it 3 days latter and shipped by beans.

Also, they think my shippment should have arrived by now and are considering it seized by customs or lost in the mail,
but agreed to re-send it ASAP.
We'll se how this one turns out.

It's been about 3 weeks since I made my order with Nirvana, it still hasn't arrived. I filed a support ticket and they're sending half of my order to me again. I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.

me again.
Last time i posted (08/12) Nirvana said they will send me another batch of beans.
Same day i ordered some beans from another seed bank from Netherlands (dont want to advertise).
Those seeds came in mail today and Nirvana's shipment is still unaccounted for.
