2. Does the water pipe come with downstem & bowl?
All Waxmaid water pipes come with its own downstem, most of the waterpipes comes with a glass bowl, except the Magneto waterpipe and Magneto S waterpipe, Nectar collector, bubbler series are not included as well.
3. What’s the pipe made of?
Waxmaid products are made of PLATINUM CURED SILICONE material and quality thick glass. The safety level of Platinum Cured Silicone is definitely higher than FDA approved ones, it's BPA Free, Non-Toxic, please rest assured to use.
4. How do I clean my pipe?
Fill the hybrid water pipe with alcohol//suds/hot water/lemon juice, shake it, add some salt if it's necessary, or brush it with toothpaste, your smoke piece will be shining bright and clean without degrading materials!
5. Can I boil my waterpipe?
Yes, you can boil your waterpipe to have it cleaned.
6. Is Waxmaid waterpipe dishwasher safe?
We really don't suggest to put it in dishwasher as the silicone and glass hybrid waterpipe is not unbreakable.
7. When can I receive my package?
For the states orders, it usually takes 2-4 business days to delivery the package to your door via USPS.
For Non-US orders, standard secured shipping takes 4-8 business days for delivery.
8. Where do you ship from?
We ship from California to all states, we deliver the package fast and discreetly.
9. How do I track my order?
When you place order successfully in our store, you'll receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. If any typo showed up in your shipping address, please reply to the confirm email to update your shipping information. In the next business day, your order will be shipped out, you’ll receive an email about the Tracking Number to track your package.
10. What's the return policy?
If the product you received is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph, so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will NOT make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
