Next Generation: Romulan

I have a pack of romulan cheese from Next Gen that I need to get to. I only have a 5 packs of regs though. I got them from the tude and a lot of their stuff doesn't germ if they're older packs. Until Federation gets up and running, Coastal Seeds/Equilibrium Genetics and The Nature Farm both say they have an old Roumlan cut. I have some packs of UFO from Coastal - Romulan x NL #1

okkkkkkk...though its widely reported the original Romulan stock was lost/destroyed/stolen whatever a long time ago? did you see/hear how this new Romulan breeding program came about & from which genetics took place in the 'NEW' Romulan?

Didn't take too long to sell out those feds, who else got?

A breeder will never lose a winning strain imo.
Truth behind the scene is always private.
Everything else is just...hear say.

New Generation lost theirs though so maybe that's what you heard....he had pollen but not the fem. Im sure he has it back.
Rom cuts are wide spread in BC......

ok, i do not know how you can make that statement about never losing a winning strain? fire/theft to name a few...eg Bros Grimm...the famous C99 of theirs, the re-release of it after all those years are not the original genetics, another are Serious Seeds AK47 which today's version is nowhere akin to their original Master Blaster! though Rom cuts are available to people in your area there is a worldwide desire for the 'real' Rom in seed form, so if anyone is sitting on those and not spreading them they either have no business sense or do not know the demand is there, that's why im wary about any new release of Rom, its been what...10-20yrs since the real Rom was available...why would anyone with the real deal sleep for so long in re releasing those beans when there is a large market for it?
the Rom available from Next Generation are nowhere near the original as has been the grow reports from many including myself over the last decade

I don't know you, but that is an absurd statement.
Countless genetic treasures have been lost to the cops in this BS war on drugs.

If you are counting on breeders to preserve genetics for you, you haven't been around this game very long, and are setting yourself up for great disappointment in the future.

If there is a line that is important to you, I urge you to take responsibility for preserving it for yourself.
It's the only way to be sure.

Well I been growing pot since I was a young fellow...matter of fact over 35 years.
So I aint a newbie like your trying to state. I been online for many years.
Ya for a few years I wasn't online much...is because I looked after family members till death...my family more important then mj forums.....
I know breeders who have stock since the late 80's and 90's still. Some pop up once in awhile others no as some have retired but they grow what they made dropping out of the game.
Some have been busted but the people I know have seeds at other locations besides there house/grow. That's how you don't lose your work. Never keep all your apples in one basket. Smart ones don't.

I grew out federations rom the year it was in cc mag which I think was 1998 1999.
Im gonna grow out it again and see if its the same as years ago.

I respect your putting family above all else, and am happy for you that you have breeder friends who have preserved their work from the 80's and 90's.
I hope they share it with the world someday.
I guess as long as you keep getting seeds from the people you know, you'll be fine.

As far as the newbie thing, this is the internet. All people know about you is what you say or show.
Feel free to disregard my well intentioned advice.

Next gen site has a blog write up where he explains lots and how he's dropped lots in the last few years. I mispoke in my post about vsb which had "federation" romulan pure regs and are now sold out. The federation rom regs were fairly priced and it looks like both sides are now back.

I don’t show my grow off. Don’t need the attention. Got nothing to prove to no one.

I’m going to see if the federation rom is the same from years ago.
When I get my seed this week I’ll be popping them with some more lucky seed rom and a rom x nl

in case you missed it, ive included a screen capture of your quote about having a version in flower now, thats what i asked you to show, but since you do not have anything growing anyway i guess thats hard to do, why dont you 'talk only growers' on RIU start your own thread? eg 'The Hot Air Thread'
