Wasn't this just a fear mongering thought? Is there any instance whatsoever of this happening? If this actually happened there would be grounds for a constitutional rights lawsuit.

I know there have been lawsuits/challenges in other states on the issue.

I am not going to allow some elected officials tell me [an adult] that am allowed to grow a damn plant. Weed iS 100% legal to grow/use in my personal view.
