that, or likely its a lack of ventilation and too much heat. People seem to think that when leaves point straight up, its because they need more light, but more times than not, its because they need more air movement and less heat.
4 42 watt CFLs right next to each other (see pic) all pointed directly at the plant under a metal dome hood with a small computer fan blowing at it over a yeast/sugar bottle and rotting bananas
Three hours ago I took out three lights and no change
Just know I opened the door to the box and I'll move the fan closer
It sounds like your metal dome hood is holding in heat, and restricitng air flow. Just keep the fan on the plants and they should get better in a day or 2. I had the same problem and they fixed pretty quick.
