yes, we do have to fight this. It's a question now of what you - the individual who values being able to grow their own weed or have somebody grow it for you...it's up to you what you're going to do about it. Have you written your letter and sent it off? Have you helped donate some money towards any of the ongoing court cases, or are you going to talk to your own lawyer and attack with a court case? I'm doing something...I just wanted to encourage people not just gripe about it and do nothing like most stoners...but get off your butt and actually do something. Get mad and do something. :-)

I'd be more inclined to believe those that also smoke tobacco would be more likely to be among the cannabis users that would just gripe about it and do nothing, much like no tobacoo smoker ever argues "I pay more tax monies towards this sidewalk, I'll be damned if I can't smoke walking down it".


History taught me 1 important lesson, sitting on the sidelines yelling "Shame on you" to anyone isn't going to do a god damn thing, get up, pick up a fuckin stick if you have to, don't be another open mouth with it's owners foot in it.

I am a very honourable and respected person in my community. My company provides a valuable service to people. I dont hurt anyone, never been in trouble with the law and pay a lot of taxes.

What are my options when my license expires?
1- grow illegally. Possibly end up in jail. Lose my house? Watch my 3 employees lose their jobs?
2-suffer. I refuse to eat pharm chemicals for my pain. The zombie inducing side effects are too much for me. So I am to live in pain?

Do what u are doing untill matts case or they raid and battle in court. We all have to and supply still runs dry in the summer

Perhaps to a happy medium, between health canada and mmar holders a program that transitions people over the next 3-5, years to the new proposals by then.

That would give people time to change themselves over if they wished.

Like it or not change is coming, Id prefer a compromise then, nothing at all.

Cannabis is newly legal in Colorado and Washington, what's wrong with us? This is a another bite at our human rights. Next thing you know they'll give you weed with no THC LOL

Hypocritical politicians and capitalists every fucking where in the west. At one point in history we made the laws.

Fucking drunk driving is safe too, so is tobacco smoke, not even legitimate tobacco, but tobacco laced with a shitload of chemicals.

It's actually better if we all get on board the same suit as they can then file the injunction I mentioned in another thread. If you represent enough interests they can put entire laws on hold. Single persons do not have that ability.

I can't contribute any money until after the summers over when I go to work up north. But I did check out that guys lawsuit and I hope he wins big for all of our sakes.

i hope u were joking islam cuz sick ppl depend on this program. drunk driving isn't part of it.etc. It only takes 1 look at a sick family member puking there guts out from chemo to hit home or the guy with MS.... Thanks for the tip OGevil.1000's of lawsuits + a huge one sounds better

k i get you. some big advantages. what i was thinking was both would send a message. if we flood courts and put a strain on court system judges r gona bark at h.c and force them to only remove the 3dg system type of thing.

You'll get it for a solid year but after that it's unknown what's going to happen. There is an important court case coming out of ontario and we are waiting to hear the judges ruling at the court of appeal. Harper will consider taking it to the supreme court if he loses. It's all or nothing for him in my opinion. We should hear a decision in August.

if harper wants to fuck around, so be it. Il grow 4 plants under 4000watts and if i get caught il have a fine to pay (my boy got a 500$ fine for 5 plants while on probation) Then il have 4+ lbs to play with every 2 months or il play the gready card and take a few hundred clones outdoors in spring and go from there.

Did your son get a criminal conviction for being caught with five plants or was it just a fine and that's it - no criminal record? If you or your son grew out dr greenthumbs G13 indoors, and you grew them big, you'd be way okay. Check out the grow journal for G13 on his website drgreenthumb.com. I just ordered some of those beans.
