New in Washington, DC!

I'm just too paranoid in my state. I saw in the paper a couple years ago they busted a grow in a neighboring town prompted by seed order. The bastards even waited 3 months so they'd catch them with plants.
That's just awful!

I think pot is a lot less dangerous than drinking...AND I suspect law enforcement would agree! Honestly, I dated a law enforcement officer & it seems to me that alcohol is what makes people violent...

Law enforcement aside, I'm totally LEGAL in DC - in fact, the law allows up to 6 plants! It's just too bad (for now) that we can't buy pot.

Typical of DC, though. Every law we vote on goes through Congress, which ultimately dishonors DC residents as they vote it down...but I'm always hopeful! I've lived in DC for over 30 years and I'm proud of that!

Can we get back to my LEGAL hermie plant? LOL

P.S. I think my plant is bi-sexual.

I have researched a lot (despite what everyone here says) and that's my confusion! All you get is "throw away the male/hermie plant," but you guys are missing the point...it's all we got, so let's work with that. Not everyone is trying to grow a forest! I'm just trying to get high, awaiting the time when I can buy it legal...

BTW, it WILL be legal across the states within 5 years or so. I firmly believe that.

BE HOPEFUL!

the local government handed out free cannabis seeds? o_O
Well, NO, the government did NOT give out free seeds...sorry about that...but it was ALL legal and I froze to death to get them...I'm not trying to be weird here...just want some info on my plant that I nursed for many months...

I was trying to give away female clones a few weeks ago. Maybe I'll pull some for you when I start my next grow.

I LOVE you!
LOL...meanwhile, what to do with my male plant?

My instincts tell me to "top off" the top and just dry it out and smoke it. It's probably enough for 1 joint, if I'm lucky. Maybe I'll share. LOL

plants that go hermaphrodite produce hermaphrodite seeds so don't bother growing any you find on this plant. Or you'll be back into this situation again

That's fine...I don't expect to GROW from this plant.
I just want to know if it's safe to smoke it.

Like I said, I'm just interested in making the most of the plant I have.

Also, please understand that I got this from a little seedling! & doctored it over the summer. I'm strangely proud of it! LOL and want some pay-back, I guess.

Can I just smoke it? and if so, should I let it dry off naturally, or do I "top it off" now?

Please understand that I've reviewed all of the on-line stuff. It just doesn't qualify. I have a young plant and I don't even have huge growth...just a few flowers...

Can I smoke the flowers? or should I top off & smoke that? or should I smoke the leaves? Either way, it's just a one-time joint. Help me make the most of it...

I tried posting a pic...can't access Tapatalk on this Forum...
but when I figure it out, I will post a pic b/c my plant is very healthy and tall! -proud of her...meanwhile, I will smoke what I got.

BTW, I suspect others in DC are in similar situations. We doctored these seeds to full-fledged plants...and that's a feat in itself, yes? Maybe we are "mini-growers" - peeps who get the growing bug and eventually grow professionally, assuming the laws catch up to modern times.

and you'll be quite experienced when you get some better genetics. I used to live in Friendship Heights by the way.

I live in Georgetown now but lived in Dupont for 30 years!
Guess I'm old, but back then, it was a different city...a bit rough and tumble. I drove a cab in the 90's...only female cab driver back then! Now, I'm just sitting back wondering what happened to the city...but then again, it's progress! Time changes & I'm happy to see the new generation.
