I haven't even turned on my ppm/EC pen yet and I'm about to set up my 3rd run in coco. #runswithscissors :bigjoint:

Though, as luck would have it, the plant that's picture perfect is getting culled tonight. Yep, the Bloody Skunk decided not to auto. I have too many auto seeds to go 12/12 for 1 plant. I considered taking cuttings, etc and so forth but in the time that would take I can have some Mephisto's flowering.

That's 1 non auto, 1 genetic freak and 2 males from 2 different strains from the same breeder. Think I won't buy anything more from them. :roll:

Sounds like my first grow. 5 seeds from questionable origin. 2 didn't sprout. 1 was male. 1 was Hermie. Last one was huge but had a bad taste and about 5% thc. All were photos when they were supposed to be autos.

Next 10 seeds were from a seed bank reseller. All poped within 3 days and grew vigorously. Some extremely vigorously. All fem. Lesson to be learned.

Tried some of my stuff, dried but not cured, tastes like soap, then I tried a different strain, same thing, tries them all, same thing, did I do something wrong?

That is the only thing I did not get. Took 3 weeks to ship. Fortunately I'm covered for the next year or more. I think I am going to take a better look at bomb seeds after they are gone. My gorilla bomb plant is looking huge and Frosty.

Year? If I popped twice as many new seeds that I needed for EVERY grow, I have enough seeds for well over 5 years. I'm a hoarder. I have a problem. ;)

But if sessions slams the doors later this year, I'll be prepped and ready. ;)

Off topic, but I do expect sessions to do something stupid. Since DoJ has cracked down on seed vendors in the past, that will probably be a target. I also expect him to target internet personalities. Most of those knuckleheads implicate themselves regularly, even the ones who claim to be med growing. But that is another discussion for another thread.......

I go straight to mephisto for auto seeds now. They ship from Co and get to me in 4 days. Can't beat they're freebies either.

There a quite a few US seed banks now. Think I'm sticking with them for the most part.

I'm up to enough beans to last a couple years and I just got some tiresias mist to make my own so... Just need my world of seeds auto amnesia back in stock. Lol

My go to sites right now are great lakes genetics, lumberjack (for ocean grown beanz), and james bean. All US based. All ship promptly and offer great customer service. They sell mostly regular seeds though. Haven't trried autos. If I did a guerrilla grow it would probably be auto's so I don't have to play wx roulette. But for the tent I like photo's.

GLG has some great promo's. Their 420 sale was buy one, get one free for bodhi. Plus if you buy 2 packs they send a pack of in house freebies which are actually pretty good.

Just my experience. No connections.

Ok sports fans, both the MA house and senate have passed differing bills wrt to repealing and replacing the cannabis legalization citizens petition.

So, house bill H.3768 sets the stage, and Senate Bill S.2097 amends it. The differences will have to be worked out in committee. The major differences don't impact us directly, dealing with the tax rate, the enforcement division, and whether cities and towns have to hold a public vote to ban retail sales.

The part we care most about, personal use, wasn't tinkered with in either the house or senate bills:

235 “Personal use”, (i) acquiring, possessing, cultivating, processing, transferring,
236 transporting, purchasing, using or manufacturing 1 ounce or less of marijuana, except that not
237 more than 5 grams of marijuana may be in the form of marijuana concentrate; (ii) possessing,
238 within the person’s primary residence, up to 10 ounces of marijuana and any marijuana produced
239 by marijuana plants cultivated on the premises and possessing, cultivating or processing not
240 more than 6 marijuana plants for personal adult use, so long as not more than 12 plants are
241 cultivated on the premises at 1 time; provided, however that said marijuana and marijuana plants
242 are secured by a lock and are not visible from a public place without the use of binoculars,
243 aircraft or other optical aids; and provided further, that said marijuana plants shall not be
244 cultivated or processed outside of an area that is equipped with a lock or other security device
245 pursuant to regulations promulgated by the commission; (iii) assisting another person who is 21
246 years of age or older in any of the acts described in this definition; (iv) transferring without
247 consideration or remuneration up to 1 ounce of marijuana, except that not more than 5 grams of
248 marijuana may be in the form of marijuana concentrate, to a person 21 years of age or older,
249 provided, that the transfer is not marketed, advertised or otherwise promoted to the public; and
250 (v) acquiring, possessing, cultivating, processing, transferring, transporting, purchasing, using or
251 manufacturing of hemp

That looks more or less the same that we have under current law. The addition of hemp at the end seems new. I'm not sure what that means though. Are we allowed to grow hemp under personal use, and if so, is there a plant count (hemp isn't considered marijuana under this act).

There are sections dealing with penalties for breaking some of the rules (smoking in public), but not others (like being over plant count).

821 (2) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter a natural person shall not be subject to a
822 penalty of more than: (i) $300 per violation for a personal use violation involving the cultivation
823 of a permitted number of marijuana plants in an area that is not properly secured by a lock; (ii)
824 $100 per violation for a personal use violation involving the possession of a permitted weight of
825 marijuana in an area that is not properly secured by a lock; (iii) $100 per violation for a personal
826 use violation involving the possession or cultivation of a weight of marijuana not permitted by
827 law or regulation; or (iv) $100 per violation for consuming or smoking marijuana in a public
828 place in a manner that is not authorized by law, regulation or ordinance.

I think I briefly read that if you are farming for hemp then it has to be THC tested. But I think this is great its about time and way over due, for years now Canada has been growing hemp and importing so its about dam time.
