there is a good chance he will get off the case ......if they enter his back yard where it was fenced off they broke and entered they had no reason to go on the land no warrent
any good lawyer will have that brought up the case gets thrown out and he has a open lawsuit on the police dept for improper actions abuse of power
just so u know u can have dogs barking all day ( light hours ) not breaking the law but once 9/10 pm hits they are breaking the noise laws 60dbs
i have had ppl go after my family because my older brother walks his dog about 1 am it wakes up this cops dog and he barks at his dog .....cop told wade to stop doing it wade told the cop train your dog he is the one barking not mine
so for the last month wade goes outside 12 am and 1 am takes the dogs collar shakes it wakes up the cops dog and makes it bark for 45 mins

I gave him about 3 oz I had curing away. I would have almost been glad this happened if the meds where not for his kid.
I dont think he's being charged, but they took down all his plants. But now they know. The more attention they pay to him is sharks in my waters and that fucking sucks.

Personally I do it all the time. Smart bastard lays by the door and waits for me, he prefers waiting outside/ in my truck. He barks at stranger dogs and vehicles that pull in but as soon as you get close he's all waggy tail and a sweetheart. I live in a rural area so there's that. Just sharing my two cents and I can assure it does not make me a bad owner

youre right putting your dog outside doesnt make you irresponsible
what makes you irresponsible is allowing your dog outside all the time/ALL DAY when youre not there while they wander about barking and yipping. Someone will eventually call the police. its unfair to animals to constantly do this to them.
