neighbors have caught me!!!!

Dammmm ehh u got a tuff crowd and sum shity next door neighbors this is my ideas go look up the laws on howmany years or months u go to jail for having an amount of plants when u figger that shit out chop down what u need to and just let the rest of them finish sorry about your sis plus keep in mind you never kno when he just might be going over to there house for a family dinner and se you walking in, hell i dont think going to there house or giving them tomatoes would be smart just it bring more heat out on you...


like i got 3 plants on my deck right now and i tripped out harsh when seen the same chopper fly over my house like 4 times while im blazing then i remberd fuck im just tripping paranoia is awsome enjoy it but se my laws are alot nicer in can wish it wusent so bad in the states cause if i wus you id prob bring a couch in there few budys and play sum vids and blaze in the shed drinkin beer and just pass out there a few times

ha that video about the 5th, reminded me that i got pulled over tonight with a shit ton of weed and he had no idea made me laugh

It's kinda of a reach but it might put off your neighbours interest....

Could you not sneak in some big ass flowering plants one night and start making a big production of brining them out every day into the sunshibe and back into the shed at night? Maybe some kinda freaky cactus that wants lotsa light???

If they start seeing that kinda activity they might be less suspect as to whats up giving you sometime till you can harvest,

You haven't said what you think the neighbors think about you? Do you talk to them? Doesn't sound like they think your a good neighbor is my guess? If you look like anything but a conservative guy no shed plants for these neighbors. We know they are conservative, old, and son is cop. Not good for you and the shed specially if the neighbors appear to be watching you for any reason but due to the weed in there, you better get it out and in the house asap. If mom tells son cop she thinks you have weed growing for whatever reason he will either look with or without you or get a search warrant with mom as witness. If they think your trash and busting you would ride the neighborhood of riff raff your messing with fire. Extra smell caution for this grow in the house. You better find a neighborly reason to get in good with that neighbor unless they have called the cops on you before? If so, I'd move if you want to grow.

Time for a cover-up, seriously.

Unless you want your shed to be off-limits for growing (and it will be, if the neighbors are watching you), then you need to come up with a legitimate reason why you're going in and out of a brilliantly-lit shed, and you need to make sure the neighbors see this new "cover up" activity. All it takes is one visit from their son, who will be able to observe you going into the shed from their property (perfectly legal, no warrant required), and you're toast. Prison toast. Buttered, incarcerated, inmate toast. We don't want that =)

Vegetables, flowers, herbs... These are all things you could be growing legally and sharing with your nosy neighbors. This is why I have a yard full of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. I start my seedlings inside, so my neighbors are quite used to seeing me carry pots and soil INside and coming back out in a few weeks with trays of seedlings to harden off and plant in the yard. If you're always carrying dirt and pots IN, but never bring any legit plants OUT, you're bound to stir up suspicion. I gave all the neighbors lavender and marigold seedlings and told them of my plans to try indoor tomatoes over the winter. Promised them all a few tomatoes if it turns out well. Now they all know why I'm sitting on my porch filling up pots of soil and taking them inside and nobody asks questions =)

Nice buds...would suck to lose them after all the hard work, and sit in jail as well. Your neighbors are pretty shady if they are checking up on you , they may have a friend who is with the law and you get to go to jail...don't take the chance and chop they look pretty damn close. Then move your equipment out of there ASAP.

only thing i can think of for the reason that they aint caalled the police is that my sister just died so they might let me off.

actually they dont have a friend who is with the law, their son is a cop! lol, he didnt bother to inform us till now about that detail.

So I was out back working yesterday chopping wood, and when I woke up this morning I was going to plant some seeds.


Oh, and I forgot to mention I accidentally cut my arm off with the axe yesterday. Think I should have that looked at?

So you knew the neighbors were nosey, had a son who's a cop and have clear view of your shed and yet you decided it would be a good idea to grow dope in the shed, where you would have to walk in and out all the time with bright lights shining out the door? You must like orange jump suits. Surprising nobody has broken into the shed yet. The whole neighborhood probably knows about it by now. Doubtful it's enough to get a warrant, but you never know.

All I can say is WOW! Fuck it, i have another point to make. Has this person concidered that if he gets caught he will have one hell of a time convincing any judge that this crop was for personal? This means that he wont get just a cultivation charge, there will be intent to deliver as well as whatever else the cops can do to add more charges on. Always remember the cops motto:

"The bigger the bust, the bigger the boost"

If i were you, i would donate your plants to someone with a brain, and stick something else in your shed. Thats easy to grow, iono parsley maybe?

If they have a son who is a cop cut the loss and I would move if that was an option. I also wanted to add to the legal side. If the shed is not locked and a cop walks on to your property they can open that shed and then arrest you. They can do this without a warrant. Here is a true story how a good friend got busted. He was smoking and is buddy came over. His buddy jogged up the stairs and to his apartment open the door and walked in. His buddy was playing loud music which made the cop notice him, he also had a pot related shirt on. The copped then went to the APT open the door and walked to the back bedroom. The two guys were smoking out a bong and had a half oz of bud, the cop arrested them. This went to trial and my friend lost the case. If a door is not locked and a cop notice suspicious behavior they can walk in with out knocking for some public safety law. They also can enter your house with out a search warrant if your garage is open and the door is not locked it is consider public access to your house, thats how I had a friend got busted for growing. I think we just assume we have a lot of rights but their are loop holes and cops know them and are trained on them.
