Need to get bigger buds!!!!

ok so this will be my second time growing. My first grow was really good the plant was healthy and so on but the buds were reallly small i think i harvested too early...but does anyone have any advice on how to make the buds bigger...like im talking fatt.. i use an aerogarden with 2 extra cfls and for nutes : Foxfarm. maybe it was just that i picked it early : (

Seconded. More light. Even if you're OK vegging, flowering takes more light.

You can also try harvesting when the PLANT is ready, not when you are. Read up on checking trichomes.
