need to finish budding by dec 20th. help needed first grow

So i'm a week since planting. got a couple sprouts from 1-2.5 inches in height. i want to veg for 1-2 weeks. I need to leave by dec 20th but will be drying sumwhere else.

I have 2 CFL's (NVISION soft white: 120 volt; 42watt; 2700k color spec; 2500 lumens or so)

I plan on repotting in 1 week. theyre currently in tiny pots. Im thinking of using either solo cups or paper soup bowls. I hope to be able to seperate the males from the females. theyre on a 24hour schedule in a bathroom with decent heat and humidity.

any advise on how to do maximize my growth without extending the timeframe past dec 20th would be greatly appreciated.

Im a newb but I believe I can help a bit. Add prolly 3000 lumens per plant and use daylight spectrum cfls for veggin and soft white i think it is (the 2700k spectrum) for flower. I would try to veg for 3-4 weeks too. that will allow you to flower mid november and be good to go by dec 20, i believe anyway. I also read that giving 48hrs of complete dark in between veg to flower is a good thing to do.

Probably not going to happen.

Its Oct 20 now. 2 months min for flowering and you want to veg for a week or so. And under CFLs. I'll bet soil too. Gonna take longer.

But, as they say "shit happens".
