The center of my plant keeps dieing, limb by limb, one limb at a time. Whats going on?

Could this possibly be ants? I've noticed a few ants, just a couple crawling around on the plant here and there.

Check the crotch or the stems where they come together on the trunk. Are there any small holes? There are worms and beatles that bore into the stem and they will kill one branch at a time. Probably not ants unless they are rasta carpanta

What can I do to prevent this? A little horticulture safe paint on that area?

Are you using cinder blocks for the bed frame?

Also, it looks like some of your plants have outgrown the space. They seem to be hitting the roof of your structure. How hot does it get in there? Is the whole area closed off? Looks like steel fencing and some type of transparent tarp.

You could try pulling one side of the cinder block frame to check the plant for root pests.

By the way, I pulled one of the cinder blocks out of position and there were several Ant tunnels. So the little and I was seeing on the plant had made a nest among the roots. I got rid of the ants and the limbs stopped dieing off.
