How long into flowering or how long have they been vegging if not flowering? I can't really see any indication of a girl. If you're looking at the thick green pistils those are just growth. But looking next to those I think that you may possible have a male. Just gonna have to wait a little bit longer to get a better picture.

I could be wrong, it could just be growth on the fan leaves growing out from that node. I am sure a professional eye may be able to clear it up but otherwise I'd say just wait a little longer for a better sign. Around this time sex should be showing very soon.

If the growth looks like a ball sack on top of a stick then male. Female preflowers stay close to the node and are a pear shaped and will send pistols out the tip. From the node region on the right, it looks like it is a pear, so I would say female. Give it a few days to be sure and make sure she throws pistols out. If she doesnt throw the pistols out, then you will see the separation like I was talking about.

You will see some tranparent really hard to see tiny tiny little hairs at first...but if you wait just a couple of weeks it is easy easy easy to tell the sex of a plant...just let the flower long enough to show...it will be hairs, or balls...so pretty simple.

Im saying thats a female you have there from the pictures could be wrong but they look like female preflowers too me. Some plants grow little white hair preflowers and some grow preflowers the shape of flowers like the one in pic 1.
