Need Help First time Grower

I need to know if I'm doing good or my plants need a lot of help!! I have 12 WWXBB in redsolo cups with happy frog soil under CFLs some look better than others but what is wrong with the ones curling up and twisting .. I will attach a few pics .. Will they grow out of the twisting and the curling or disscoloring

They are about 11 days old, the first week I watered them everyday in the morning and then I noticed that the soil would dry up and kinda get crusty on top within usually 12 hours so I sometimes gave them alittle durning the day then after reading a lot saying I should let them dry out iv been running the lights 24/7 so for the past 6 days I've been trying to give them water once every like 30 hours

Yeah they have to really dry out. Like the cup should feel light, empty. It encourages root growth and keeps them healthy. I'd say it's one of the easiest and toughest things to get right.
They look fine. Remember that for the first 3 weeks it's all going on under the surface. You won't see that much happening up top.

Are they regular seeds? What about the grow space? You've got a lot going on there newb. I should know, I am one too!

Feminized White widow X Big bud .. I got 4 t5 fixtures that hold 6 lights each in a solid 5'x 10' for the veg and double the space for the flower

Thanks seems weird to let them get that dry but I'm gonna give that a try

Let them be. Don't be a needy gardener. Give it a few days and she'll be alright

Are you still doing 24/7 light?? The plants need to sleep if you want them to grow ! Give them the 6 hours of sleep so they can recover.

This is my first time grow too. When i was at your stage i was over watering and causing the same problem. i then watered every 3-4 and they came out of it. I water even less often now. (Edit) Room is so dark because i was in the process of switching lights on.

ive been reading the comments and realized that I was headed down the same path, over watering and leaving lights on 24/7. going to change that tonight. thanks

Update haven't watered them since this and these two seem to be getting worst

better less water then extra even the more they grow the more they will want to drink in Veg dont worry to much the shit hits the fan in 30 days into flowering and allways check ur Ph i almost lost my plants this season Ph went down dramatically all leaves got burnt :/ and i still dont know why my Ph went dowt and is a bitch to fix a to day there are ready just 2 days of darkness now
