Need help asap i think this clinic is trying to jack me

hey i been trying to vend and everything been great i did consignment my first time and they took a little longer then i thought so whatever i got my money did some other things and decided i would try consignment one more time maby it was just the clinc i went to the first time that's why it took a while. well that was a Honorable idea because its been two weeks when i have written proof that it was only supposed to take five days it says how much they were supposed to pay me and its signed and initialed.

so finally i get a hold of them and they said ya come down to the shop to get cashed out no problem. so i drive almost thirty minutes to the dam place and when i get there they don't open the door so i call and someone answers then hang up then i get a call back but no one was talking back so then i keep calling and then it starts going straight to the voice mail like they turned there phone off. so i sit there for four dam hours hoping someone will come to the door and nothing happens.

so that all happened yesterday and i tried calling today same thing straight to voice mail. and now i go on weed maps to see if i can get an e mail or something and there clinic isnt listed on there no more.

what should i do report him to the police i already know thats going to be a big bitch im sure there not even going to want to help me. i know i messed up big time i just want my money back.

I'm not sure what you can do about this, but thank you for posting the name/address of the place. It's good to make people aware of rip off artists.

Wish I could be more helpful. It's kinda harsh on vendors. There really isn't much you can do about a collective ripping you off.

Shame there's so many crooked clubs out there. At least they don't usually last too long.

Dude that sucks with the federal case they are screwed but then again it does sound like they couldn't help themselves and did some really stupid shit

In orange county? They might rape you in the ass with a chainsaw. I would ask a lawyer if you could sue the guy, I would NOT call the cops and tell them some shady guys didn't pay you for your marijuana. That could end badly.

DO NOT call the police. I already ran that by my attorney when a club was taking too long to pay me. He said they will gladly take your complaint, have you sign it, and arrest you. It's a slam dunk sales case for them. Legally selling to clubs takes a buttload of paperwork to cover your ass. ALL of your growing costs and yields must be well documented, and balance exactly with your selling price. We do this because our attorney demands it. Most people do not because the chances of you ever having to provide such documentation is very slim. BUT, if you basically sign a confession, you will be one of the unlucky few having to prove the sale was legal. Which, by the way, most technically are not.

Just keep applying pressure. Be the squeaky wheel...get your grease. If your operating capitol sittuation is bleak, try leaving a message with a disscounted price. Knock off a couple hundred bucks, get the money, and never deal with them again. Also, post your experience EVERYWHERE. I had a friend get burned and he posted a big sign on their door every few mornings that said they don't pay their vendors. They ended up paying him pretty quick. Sorry about this bum deal...it's really fucked. I hopw you get it resolved. I'll help spread the word.

awww im going crazy over this i just got ahold of the guy finally and he tells me he he got raided and he doesnt have time for it and go well what the hell you have my money and he hangs up on me

I had a friend get burned and he posted a big sign on their door every few mornings that said they don't pay their vendors. They ended up paying him pretty quick.

I think he's just giving you a BS story. I think it's safe to say, unless you get a lawyer and pursue this further, you can kiss your money goodbye. It's really a shame that this had to happen.

Interesting that when you google the name or address nothing comes up about a raid. Check the police reports in your local paper. A club raid should at least get a mention somewhere.

Sounds like bullshit to me. Make some posters. Keep bugging them. If they are on sites like weedmaps, make sure you make a post telling everyone what they did.

I've not heard of any place around here that does consignment. They'll check out/test your goods, if they like them they buy them from you

I dissagree with calling the police, whatever the slight. They may be total a-holes, but we don't call the cops on eachother...no matter what. That's a slippery slope.
