Mycorrhizae or a bad fungus?

Hey,

so I’ve been growing for a couple of years, popped a new seed a few days ago and this has started to form (see photo).

What do I do? I’ve not changed anything, the cup was washed out prior to planting and fresh bag of soil (same soil i always use too). Some is a yellow/green colour? And there is some white growth also.

any advice would be appreciated.

dont use a clear cup

White growth is good. That's Mycos in your soil and lots of us want that. The green/yellow is from using a clear cup. Light is getting in there and you're getting photosynthesis along with something creating chlorophyll. Don't use clear cups. Roots don't like the light, and you also grow stuff that you didn't intend.
