Im using the router method but have to check the paper towel.
How can I know when is yielding day?

With the router make sure your towel is nice and wet cause that warmth will dry out a damp towel fairly quickly.

And can you tell me how can I know when the bush is ready to be harvested

When all the fan leaves are dry/have fallen off and some of the white hairs on the buds turn an amber sort of color, somewhere between orange and red.

Hey Red.

You shouldn't really wait for the fan leaves to fall or sthn, neither judge by the looks of your hair.

Get a magnifying glass and see your trichromes! If you want a cerebral high, harvest when most (about 90-95%) trichromes are cloudy.
If you want a more couchlock high, you should wait to see some amber trichromes.
A magnifier about 60x 'till 100x should do just fine!

Sorry bout the false info then! It just seems to me that most growers only harvest when most fanleaves have gone... my bad.

It's ok, each and every one of us are noobs really!!

More experienced growers seem to tell when to harvest by the looks of their ladies, just by how they look!!
But when a newbie, you should have some things help you just to be sure, most of the guys look at the trichromes no matter their experience!!

I saw that apart from the buds, some leaves also have THC.

I was thinking if it's possible to predict when to chop off just by the look, but i guess i will have to buy that magnifying glass

Cool Dude is right about checking the trichomes with a magnifier. If you think it is ready, wait another week or 2 so you won't be disappointed with your bud yield. Patience is a virtue and it is something you need to grow fat frosty buds. I chopped my first plant way too early and was really disappointed with the results. It is a steep learning curve but you will get there with a little self control. Good luck!

During the development of that plant I have realized that patience is crucial so I do not think about fucking it up this time and I will chop it whenever everyone with a better growing experience thinks it's time to do so. After I am in this forum it means that If I want a successfull grow I must follow the instructions you are giving me. I hope with the right mixture of your skills and my equipment, I can harvest a decent smoke in some weeks time.

Yesterday I saw one of the branches went red and I jut cut it as I was out of food as well so had to dry and try. It was really nice despite it was wet.

I will upload some photos later

I have tried like 3 already and I could say that for the chop and microwave-dry process it was a decent high(i was starving for weed and out of £). Though my financial situation don't allow me to spend even £3 for a magnifier and I tried to borrow from friends. Though I can only thrust the good eyes of my camera
