Yes it is the organic MG soil, I believe a have seen a MG organic nute at the home depot, I will try and check it out this weekend. If you are using MG soil, the Organic kind is better. The regular kind has time release nutes, so at harvest you may get a chemical taste from that. You could flush the post several times at harvest, that might help.
No, ventilation is not fixed. I have been keeping the tent open during lights on and that keeps the temps in the mid to low 70's.Just a warning; but watch out using Miracle Grow brah, might be the answer to some of the probs.
Nice setup tho, did you ever fix your ventilation dillema? If not willing to help troubleshoot it.
pulling up a chair for this one..

If I close the tent it will easily reach mid 80's. I know this will be an issue with smell and heat when the girls are a little bigger. I have some thoughts but nothing real concrete. Thanks for stoppin' in loudpac.
I am using the organic MG, I was thinking that maybe the nutes are all used up?the little cotyledons are suppose to yellow and dying off. There main purpose was to store food in early life stage of the seedling. but i have the same burnt tip on some of my plants. i think it nute burn in my case. might be the MG releasing its nutes to early.
