My strawberry cough iso hash. (and how i made it)

ISO does make a really good and tasty extract. I personally put the material in a jar and freeze it. I put the alcohol in the freezer overnight as well. Then I add the two, swirl very lightly for 15-30 seconds, or until I notice the color change. Then I strain with a tea strainer, under that is another strainer with a coffee filter. Then I just let it evap and do its thing.

What do people mean about rewashing? You redisolve the oil with alcohol again?
 
I think the biggest thing with ISO extractions is the mixing time, a lot of people are mixing to long and to hard. Then I know some (like qwizo) like to do the pour on top method. I've tried that and it came out with a nice extract but I always felt that I didn't get it all.
 
With iso your gonna want to freeze your material and solvent and use a flow through method like blasting bho, IMO soaking is a nono
 
Usually just run it without a filter and no plant matter makes it through the butane nozzle whole, then run it through the vac filter after extraction..been smokin a lot of flower recently tho, kinda over the whole oil thing
 
@war i personally just cut bottom off iso container loosely pack container. Put a mesh screen on end and pour thru into mason jar. I always do 2 pour thrus sometimes 3-4 depending on what the liquid looks like
 
20 second wash in a thermos is my favorite for QWISO
i use to do a pour through method just like lio with good results too
