So it goes a little something like this -

The setup is in an aquarium stand. Its under a 20 galon tank actually with 2X oscar fish in it! Its about 2 feet wide, 2 feet tall and 1 foot deep. Right now the mylar in it is pretty crappy, its bulging out in places and stuff like that so I am loosing out on a few square inches in there but one of these days I am going to drain the tank and take the cabinet 100% apart and paint it so I can use ALL the space! But thats besides the point..

There is 5 Northern Lights plants in there now, they are on week #4 of vegetation. I just started them on 18/6 light schedule about a week ago... the plan is to take about 6 clones in the next 3 weeks and then switch them over to flowering. Right now they are in party cups.. 3 of them will stay in party cups and the remaining 2 will get transplanted into 1 galon pots.

I just watered them so I will post pics after they perc back up!

Ahaha Cant believe I forgot the most important thing!!! Its 7X CFL right now for veg 5X 6500K 26 watt and 2X 2700k 23 watt!! When it comes to flowering i will add a few more :) I know it doesn't sound like a lot but they are close enough and think about how small this space is.. and the plants aren't going to be very big.

Nice healthy plants, good luck with the grow ;-) I have had excellent results from Nirvana's NL, one of my favourite strains and grown it many times.

You might want to look at this old thread of mine : "Simply Northern Lights"

Subscribed, I'd like to see how you do :-)

Topped plants look good.. I suggest an LST approach to your growth for maximum use of your small space..

I also suggest you take out the foil and replace it with mylar, and if you cant afford that replace it with either with white paint or plain white paper..
The foil creates too much heat whereas the white walls will soak the heat in while still reflecting it..

Its not foil its actually mylar just in the form of a space blanket.

Holy shit you guys check these things out!!! You can see last night I LST'd the plant on the FAR left and this morning I did the one on the FAR right. But look at the growth just since last night in the LAST picture... it bent back up and grew about 2 inches! I didn't thinking topping and LSTing would stimulate growth this much! I have to start flowering by friday or they will get to damn big!

Oh and boy do these things ever smell... if this keeps up when they are flowering I am going to have BIG problems because they outsmell all my air fresheners now lol

if you're getting smell now, it will be overwhelming in a few weeks, you're going to need odor control real quick
some NL is low odor, some is high odor, i was lucky to get a low odor variety

thats backwards maine... I used to confuse the same thing... you need more 6500K for veg and more 2700k for flowering.

:leaf:

More pics later of the plants!!

Shit just opened the cabinet no new growth today because somehow the temps got up to like 95 degrees... not high enough to do any damage at all, but things are looking a tad bit droopy and the soil is dry... ill give it 2 hours and they should have perked up with a bit of growth!
