my plants are???

my plants are about 4 weeks old from seed and i have the light on 24/7 and the look great do i need to make any adjustmests?????

you have to switch to 12/12 to show sex and also to begin flowering, i switched my lights at 15 days to begin flowering and they showed sex at 28 and 29 days as they were unknown bag seeds. if they are fem seeds, then you can go to 12/12 at any time really, just depends on how big you want the the plant to grow and how much room you have. the reason i do it so soon is i am limited to about 3 1/2 feet in height and i only want my plants to grow to about 3 foot max, hope this helps.
