My Outdoor Garden-2010

Hi veggie,
Thanks for the pics and the explanation of drying/trimming. I'm gettin there and on my second set of glasses so I know what you mean when you say its easier to see outside. As you know we are in for a few hot days before it cools off again. I'll admit I have been a bit concerned as the temps in my shed are going to hit 90° or so late in drying but you mentioned you have been using that shed to dry in for 7 years and haven't had a problem. I gotta think it must have been warm in there a few times.

I got maybe a dozen indoor grows under my belt before I built my greenhouse and one was Train wreck. You mentioned it was the best strain you have found for pain. Just thought I would share with you my experience, I have headaches and most strains I use take 10 or 15 minutes to relieve the pain. Train wreck did it in the first minute. I don't know what it is but compared to other strains it was like instant.

I was wondering, I have a friend who has cancer and uses to increase his appetite. Have you found any strain that works better then others to do this?

Nice looking buds VG. I just realized looking at your photos that I don't have any surgical gloves around the house. Thanks for the reminder! :)

Nice Trainwreck buds. My cat died a couple weeks ago. Got ripped up by a dog. So its hard on me to see a cat anywhere as I am still getting over my cats death. I had her for almost 5 years.

Hey guys!

Thanks for stopping by!

I'm going to be very busy in the near future, so if any specific questions pop up, please PM me. I'll check my messages daily, but prowling the boards is not happening, for a bit.

The two Bubbleberry crosses are going to end up over three pounds each. Hybrid vigor is amazing.

By the way, early sampling indicates excellent pain relieving qualities along with extreme potency.

I harvested the bulk of the last four plants, yesterday.

They were crowded into half a greenhouse by one of the BB crosses.

I'll be posting some pix in the next few days.

It appears bud density is making up for any short fall in plant size.

A few shots taken during an afternoon of trimming, and listening to 104.1 in Modesto.

This afternoon's Raider's Game was the most bizarre I've ever listened to.

Tom Flores was aghast!

LOL

The Raiders won.

They may have used up all their luck for this year.

Pix of Trainwreck, etc.

I'm 60 years old, and beaten up from a lifetime as a heavy equipment operator along with other physically demanding endeavors. It is easier to see outdoors. The air is fresh, and my work station is comfortable.

Trainwreck buds. Difficult to see, but they're covered in tightly packed trichomes. The best strain I've found for pain.

The best part of trimming!

I once gave him a taste of EZ Cheese while trimming. Now, any time I sit down in the garden, he's there, inquiring about cheese. He is rarely disappointed.

The West greenhouse approaches readiness.

Things are drying pretty rapidly due to 80+ October weather. Warm, after a cool Spring and Summer.

This plant is 3/4 Trainwreck and 1/4 Cambodian. The odor is really strange. Actually it is almost no odor. I've seen this before, and in most cases, these plants have developed an odor during curing.
I have really enjoyed your thread and that work station looks like pretty peaceful place to trim!

Can't wait to hear how that twxtw-cambodian smokes. sounds interesting! I love making ym own hybrids and seeing what will happen. one of the best things about growing in my opinion.

love the kitties in the garden too. I miss mine, my dog's always around though and he cheers me up. gotta love the garden pets!

Beautiful grow season and I can't wait to see next years!

[Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah]

I think I did it again.I made you believe
We're more than just friends.
Oh, baby;
It might seem like a crush,
But it doesn't mean
That I'm serious.
'Cause to lose all my senses...
That is just so typically me.
Oh, baby; baby.

Oops!
... I did it again.
I played with your heart.
Got lost in the game.
Oh, baby; baby.
Oops!
... You think I'm in love.
That I'm sent from above...
I'm not that innocent.

You see my problem is this:
I'm dreaming away;
Wishing that heroes, they truly exist.
I cry watching the days.
Can't you see I'm a fool
In so many ways?
But to lose all my senses...
That is just so typically me.
Baby, oh.

Oops!
... I did it again.
I played with your heart.
Got lost in the game.
Oh, baby; baby.
Oops!
... You think I'm in love.
That I'm sent from above...
I'm not that innocent.

[Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

"All aboard!"
"Britney, before you go, there's something I want you to have."
"Oh, it's beautiful! But wait a minute, isn't this... ?"
"Yeah, yes, it is."
"But I thought the old lady dropped it into the ocean in the end..."
"Well, baby, I went down and got it for ya."
"Aw, you shouldn't have."

Oops! I
Did it again to your heart.
Got lost
In this game; oh, baby.
Oops! You
Think that I'm sent from above...
I'm not that innocent.

Oops!
... I did it again.
I played with your heart.
Got lost in the game.
Oh, baby; baby.
Oops!

i started some clones indoor on 20/4 i put them outside a few weeks ago and they started to flower. im in the southern hemisphere the longest day is december 25th. i just bought them back inside and put them under 24/0 light so revert them back to veg.

Should i drop it to 15/9 for a week before i put them back out again? does anyone have any other sugestions?

Put them on 14/10, until they begin to reveg, then place them outdoors. Otherwise they'll begin to flower again, once outside. This really can stress the plants.

VG, great thread. Thanks for all of your help this year. Even with all of my trials and tribulations I still managed to squeak out 2 and a half pounds dry, so I am not going to fuss too much. :)
