wow...lol...bringin my old thread back to life.....awesome! I just woke up an this grow was several months ago so gimme a minute to hit this bowl and get my mind right.....aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...ok...I went back through everything and I can't figure out which leaves your talking about. That grow I nute burned em one good time, some of the leaves on the top colas got light burned, as well as I had heat issues Through a big chunk of that grow. If you could single out which pic your talkin about I will try to give you more information on what that problem was.
No...I don't really think there is alot to harvesting when all trichomes are clear because percentage of thc in the plant is only one variable that determines how potent the smoke will be. potency is determined by the amount of thc in the plant but also cannabinols versus cannabinites (not sure of spelling on either). If strain 1 is 18%thc and has not been cured and plant 2 has 12%thc and has been cured the cured plant will be chosen as most potent 9 times out of 10 because of the metabolic and chemical changes that happen during the curing stage. Almost every harvest I've had was a week or two early for some reason I couldn't get around and I truly believe potency was effected because if it. This harvest will be chopped at 10-15% amber or maybe a little more come hell or high water. There are so many "dr.'s" making so many new discoverites this day and age that I don't take what any one doctor says seriously until his "new discovery" has been thoroughly explored and supported by more than a couple people.
