My First Grow Journal : Bubba Kush

Whats up RollitUP,

Today is Day 42.....Day 11 of Flower.

the plant is starting to open up and stretch a lil bit....not much at all, but i did some light LST to keep things managable.

Gave a huge watering/feeding a couple days ago, soil is still a bit moist...... gonna let her dry out completely before the next watering..... no signs of over watering tho, this plant is a champ!

Today is Day 48 - Day 16 of FLower.....

Buds are starting to form!!! hell yea! pistils are perking out.... plant is still growing sideways ;) been doing some LST also to keep branches growing sideways....

also started feeding molasses along with the nutes...

Hey whats up man,

My temps are 60-65 at lights out....and 65-75 when the lights come on.

I made two custom light trap boxes out of black foamboard.... and mounted and 140mm and a 80mm mounted on opposite ends... kinda acting like a turbine... one fan is pulling and the other is pushing.

I have two light trap box contraptions with 2 PC fans mounted on each......a total of 4 PC fans......

its a cool lil setup
I only wish I made it bigger.



Plus i have a small 4 inch desk fan mounted on my door level to the lights so that cool air is blowing on the bulbs, as well as circulating the hot air on top forcing it into the exhaust.
 
the plant is looking great killer, do you know how many litres is the pot you are using ?
 
Thanks buddy! It did look big but wouldn't have guessed it was that much. I'm sure the plant is really happy on it. Looking forward to see how she flowers ;)

Yeah shes very happy :) she got a lot of room to work with.

I was only growing one plant.... so before i transplanted her, I decided i might as well use as big a pot as i can fit into my lil box.

She exploded in growth only a couple days after transplant.

Shes already been in flowering for over 2 weeks..... Im not sure if topping her would be a good idea..... I am a newbie, but Ive read against doing this...

I think im just gonna let her do her thing and LST her...... maybe cut a few smaller fan leaves after the buds get bigger.

But ive got buds that are forming going up most of the stems..... are you sure i should top her?

im pretty positive you should NOT top her if shes already 2 weeks in it will cause it stress the latest you should top while in flowering is a week
