yea no prob chika, we is glad to throw our suggestions out.
I like the dual HPS cause you can position the lights for different hieght plants or whatever you know
And at about 45-50 cash for two 150watt setups and two extra bulbs that aint bad. 300 watts of pure Hps! Cheaper then the 250 setup and more adjustable ya digg
Good luck with whatever you choose but the bigger the wattage per bulb the more heat energy ya know. he got a good point, get a couple cfls to start it off or if you do choose the dual hps you can use one of them for all your seedlings and it wont be a big drain on energy or heat and would be perfect for their growth and will allow for minimal stretching for bushier babies

I agree with all here. But if you want efficiency, go with the fluoros for veg, simply because you can get alot of growth with them. Or do like Mr. Nice says, and get the cheaper 150 watt set ups, cuz they do the damn thang too. I can't remember what light you flowered with on this batch. But if you already have an HPS, go with fluoros for veg, and stick with the HPS for flower. But if you don't have an HPS already, Mr Nice makes a good point and suggestion. Peace. my last plant is dying and i have no clue why ;( i mean its only got about 2 weeks left but all the leaves are changing yellow and brown and curling up and dying and im pretty sure its not nitrogen def. or under or everwatering.. i have no clue ill try to get some pics later -_-

yea, post some pics, but my fan leaves always die like that. Once they have turned yellow, they dry up and brown. I think this is totally natural in your instance, but pics will help me confirm it.

Bleezy is right, it usually starts lower down the plant. It is dieing your right, just slowly and using up the rest of it's nutrients or whatever. Pictures!

ok so i have so much SHIT going on right now lol i havent been able to take pictures maybe ill get to it tonight.. i feel like stress is going to eat my stomach inside out lol. so first off the plants.. chopped alberta last night will try to get pics of that too... 1 plant left the topped... i dont think its dying from natural causes.. i know the plant is supposed to do that and it did on my other 2 so i know what it looks like but this looks different and its not really the bottom leafs its more on the top and they are changing yellowish with brown spots i will try to get some pics it sucks lol... now my problem.. got a poop load of ppl next door working on the other half of my duplex.. not to worried about plant as much as the fact that i have a cat in heat when im not allowed to have pets lol been trying to hide her, keep er quiet, i dont wanna get fucked im so nervous cant wait to buy a house so yeah thats my story for the day lol wish me luck :X

ok so got some pics of whats going on with my plant.. i assume its a nutrient deficiency i went to this plant problem site and found myself a few options but i really have no clue any ideas of what it is or how to fix it? HELP!!!!

looks like some nute burn thats progessing since you got alot of tip burning also.

seems fine if you are getting ready to harvest, the lower leafs usually wither and die when getting near harvest time
How much longer would you say you have? More than 2 weeks and you have a problem, less than that then you just need to feed it an all natural not nute water till harvest ya digg chika

hey guys thanks for the replys.. it is not nute burn at all im not really sure how long i have left only have maybe 5% brown hair and they do not seem to be getting browner its not only on the lower leafs though it is on some new growths also i havent been nuteing for 3 weeks or longer b/c of the way it looked im pretty sure its either a potassium or calcium defeciency but i do not want to guess wrong and fuck it up even more so i guess imma just let it be and watch all the leaves die unless someone can help me out i aint gonna fuck with it i hope the buds finish though :/ and the whole plant dont die before they are ripe.. gosh my life fucking sucks right now

Well you should be fine girl, just keep watering like normal till they are ready and will be ready pretty soon it seems. Anyone else have any input. I normally let the plant take it's course when it is geting ready for harvest.

same thing happened to my girls..... i usually just cut off the big nasty fan(that look dying) leaves so that the healthy leaves get more light..... it s not that bad just prune those.... so your plants will focus on the buds..... wheres fdd when u need him....lol

I see in the pics you show the leaves with the the worse burns... The rest of the leaves in the background seem much better! Dont worry too much about it as you are pretty close to harvesting! I would suggest cutting the leaves that look pretty bad. Remember its normal for a plant that nears its harvest time to not look healthy.

hey guys thanks for the replies yet again lol... yeah im not to sure what the leafs dying are all about but you are right the smaller bud leaves seem to be allright... im not too worried about it only got about 2 weeks left and the plant seems to be allright other than the few leafs my last plant left so just want her to finish up so i can start concentrating on my next grow oh and my weed is fantastic! got 2 ozs off of each plant not as much as i was hoping for but expected with cfls... def. investing in an hps for my next grow thought but yeah am very happy and satisified with the outcome of my first grow and thanks to all of you for making that happen!
