I wouldn't be worried but I would keep an eye on it, early pistil deformity can be a sign of nutrient imbalance BUT DON'T try to adjust it just yet keep an eye on it trying to mess with your nutrient ratio ratio now could cause far far more trouble to this very nice liking plant.

Thanks for the info HippySmoke, and glad to have you! I was looking into that last night and it seems like nutrient imbalance/deficiency and it being herm and pollinating itself could be the only two options for why they are browning.. but believe me I have done extensive searching for male parts on her and haven't found anything out of the ordinary. I gave her a good molasses dose today, 1 tsp to 3 quarts of water, she grew about an inch while I was at work and almost touched the lights again. Next week I'm starting the full dose of Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, and Grow Big in accordance with the FF schedule for 2 weeks, hopefully she will love it and stop the browning madness..

I bought 3 42W 2700k bulbs today to replace my 1 6500k in the middle and the 2 23w 6500k bulbs above the main cola, it's all I could fit. I also added a 6500k t5 battery powered 12" fluorescent tube to test out for the side growth but when I came home 5 hours later the batteries were already dead so that's a no go, POS ate up 8 new AA batteries.. I'm running out of options for the side growth unless I extend the box which I really don't want to do. But if I gotta do it for my baby I will lol.. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know

Side note - I also bought a 1 gallon 1 quart pot for her today to give her a little more space.. kinda worried about transplanting during the flowering stage though, any thoughts? I bought some plant training ties as well, got the idea from archminister.. he seems to love them so I figured I'd give em a try, I mean... that's what they are made for right? lol. I don't like that the hemp string I have on them holds water, worried that they may mold or something... better safe than sorry

For side under light i use a extension cord with the plug you can get at home depot. It is 2 prong for a outlet and has a light socket on the other side. I then use a y light adapter that lets you have 2 lights in one socket. You can then use them to fill a power strip to give under lighting.

I wouldn't worry about the stipules, it just happens as that spot on the stem matures more into that woody texture.

Great job on the LST, you seem to have really spread your plant out nicely for flowering.

Good idea Yoda, I may be able to fit a couple in there but the space is tight, the plant fills up the box(that's why it looks kinda square shaped lol) though but its worth a try. All of my lights are on extension cords with adapters so I know exactly what you are talking about, you can buy 2 in 1 pack at Walmart for 99cents, Home Depot they are $2.50 apiece. And I have 4 y adapters from when I first started this grow so I'll give it a shot.

So it's UPDATE TIME! day 14, end of week 2 of 12/12.
The back two colas/shoots will not stop growing up, they have grown more than any of the rest of the plant has. They have grown right into the lights 3 times now so finally last night I tied those bitches down about an inch below the rest.. but guess what.. they are already almost an inch taller than the rest again, kind of aggravating. They have some burn on the new bud but what can I do? thinking about training them around a stick if they keep growing like they are.
Anyways.. The plant over all looks great, a couple shoots aren't growing up but I put a big 42w right above them to hopefully get some girth outa those buds. Starting to get some ICE on the new leafs, looks pretty awesome.
Decided not to transplant because of the way she is shaped.. it would just be too dangerous.. live and learn

Your tellin me! It's already a task to get her in and out of the box. Gotta dodge the lights and fans (I just realized I could just take the books out first, baha I love stoned brilliance) It's all worth it though, I can't wait to spend hours harvesting and trimming lol

No kidding.. what's a few hours manicuring your homegrown bud after months of tending to it! Its like giving birth to a baby.. and then smoking it. I fully plan on making an awesome mixtape cd to rock out to when I do it. Probably on my ipod cause ill reek the house up if I do it inside.. ugh I can't wait..

Dude Radiohead is the shit, never gets old. My ex boss got me into them a while back, he could play almost all their songs... pretty bad ass.

So I started getting a heating issue today and I couldn't figure out why it was getting so hot, 81F. I thought it was the new lights but they weren't an issue before. It also sounded like my intake fans were being restricted when I closed the door.. turns out the duct tape that I had around my exhaust hole came loose and was covering it up. easy fix
I also changed up the lights today because I was tiered of the books and it was heating up the wood above them. It seems like she is getting more light across the entire top of her but they are not quite as close as they were when the lights were horizontal, a couple inches on some parts. I'll get some more 42w's when I get paid, and I will also be able to add about 4 more 23w's on y splitters across the top middle tomorrow.

I tried to get a pic of the sugar on her leafs but my camera sucks, its on every bud, very sexy

This bitch in the back grew another inch today, now that the lights are angled I'll be able to train her sideways and still get the light she needs. I'll do that in a couple days.

Gave her her first full dose of the FF nutrient trio about an hour before lights out. 2tsp>>gal Grow Big, 2tsp>>gal Tiger Bloom, 1tbs>>gal Big Bloom according to the FF schedule for week 3 and 4 of 12hr light, she took about 3 quarts. She was starting to get a bit yellow/light green, as you can probably tell from the pics, so that should fix her up I hope.

Awesome. Hope the buds start to explode. Help is a great song don't get me wrong. Hell. Ill help you trim but my fee is a a large percentage of what I trim lol.

why do you have to move back home? out of state tuition? That's the only thing keeping us from moving to Colorado but I've looked into it and I think we may be able to convince them to charge us instate by establishing a residency with them... But I'm hoping to get a large grow going with a friend so even if we cant get it lowered we may still be able to pay the 30grand a year

Plus i am almost a freshman just because im on my 3rd major change and some credits didnt transfer here anyways. But oh well. free rent.

I would say about 60% of the hairs are browning, wtf? still no signs of hermie.. the buds are starting to look a little odd to me, do they look normal to you?

Any Idea's guys? Maybe just the strain? The buds got fatter over night and she is nice and green again.

I feel you man, I've contemplated moving in with my rents several times but I just cant force myself to do it. Working full time and going to school full time is better than living with those crazy bastards lol. I'm still undeclared on my major but I know what I want to do, just haven't set it up yet.
