Thx, as I said before, feel free to post however you want.

I am germing a new seed today. I think it will be another AKS as I have 2 left. I want to run a test on 2 of the same seeds where 1 gets my normal organic nute schedule and the other one gets Sweet Raw, Gravity, SnowStorm, and PurpleMaxx (in dark orange on the attached schedule).
So you are growing using organic fertilizer and nutrients? You use organics and still make it rain with your plants? If so, you can make it rain growing organic and still have beautiful plants. I'm not into making it rain yet, another good tid bit that I didn't know, correct me if I am wrong. Thanks

It is supposedly more effective with chemical nutes but I saw definite improvements when I began to MIR.

I am trying some different MIR techniques now. These #5 smart pots and my 3ga pails do not dry out very fast, and from what I read recently this is a good thing for my pro mix. Peat based mediums should not dry out completely so I want to make sure I keep them wet. So my current/past MIR technique of: MIR and then wait til almost dry before I feed was OK, but letting them then dry completely before I MIR again is not a good thing.

I am going to MIR with ~2ga every watering, wait 30 - 60 minutes, and run ~1ga of nutes thru after the MIR. I will then wait until they are getting dry on the top before I MIR+Feed again but I will be trying NOT to let them dry out completely like I often did in the past. I am also going to try some more flush vs no flush and drown vs no drown tests to determine which method I prefer to get the best cured meds.

Thx, I start a plant every 10 - 14 days so it makes it easier to try different things. I usually only have to water a couple of plants per day, although today is a bit of an exception.

I just MIR on the Motavation and am heading down to give her the follow up week 2 veg nutes and oregonism.

I also have to MIR today on 5 of the plants in flower.

Wembley and the Auto will get 2ga of RO + Sweet. The Kannabia Special, LSD, and White Widow are all due for 2ga of plain RO water.

That is a total of 13ga of water I will use today, so I will be heading to Kroger for refills tonight or tomorrow.

Very nice man!!! Looking good indeed! Mouthwatering nuggets. + Rep to you sir.
Thx, harvest time for Wembley is so close I can almost taste it. :weed:

12 plant and 2.5oz limit. inorite, 2.5oz is a joke. The only way to stay legal with those limits is perpetual harvest, IMO.

I have 7 in flower right now (because of the auto) but the basic plan is to have 6 plants in flower 10 - 12 days apart and 6 in veg with hopefully similar spacing. I got a couple in veg right now that are closer to each other than I wanted but I did that on purpose to try and start vegging them longer in the future. I have been getting 6 - 7 weeks of veg before flower in the past and am trying to get up to 8 weeks of veg before I flower. All of the topping/pruning/training I do requires some extra time for the plant to recover/adjust.

I see why you have detail spreadsheets and growing journals. Like I stated before, you have a lot going on, all at the same time or one after another.

Changed my plan for the Wembley. She just got 2ga of RO + Sweet which I will let sit while I MIR on the others. Then I am going to flush the Wembley with 3ga of plain RO and put her into darkness for 3 days. Then I will cut half, and drown the other half for 3 - 5 more days of darkness. Expect lots of pics later tonight.

Veg Box:
Soaked an Afghan Kush Special seed today.

Motavation: 25 days veg
She got 2ga of RO + 1ga of Nutes + Oregonism. She is finally starting to rebound from her earlier issues.

NLxSK: 45 Days veg
Rebounding nicely from the SCOB training. She gets moved to flower as soon as the Auto gets harvested.

Anestesia: 29 days veg
She is really starting to grow now after her MIR+Nutes yesterday.

Burmese Kush in back (9 days) and SAGE in front (6 days)
They shared a gallon of RO today with 1ml of BioRoot and 1ml of SnowStorm Ultra.

Wonder Woman: 55 days 12/12
Before and during the 2ga of Sweet MIR.

Il Diavolo [Auto]: 69 days from germ; 7 days since transitioned to flower tent.
She also got 2ga of Sweet.

LSD: 38 days 12/12
She got 2ga of plain RO

Kannabia Special: 48 days 12/12
She got 2ga of plain RO

White Widow: 29 days 12/12
She got 2ga of plain RO. I found a couple leaves showing signs of the old Mag def issue from the chloramine in my tap water, but I am hopeful I should be nearing the end of these issues now.

Flower Tent: Rearranged for 2 rows 3 plants deep again.

Wonder Woman macro pics: As she gets 3ga of plain RO.

Lights Out

Thats a good damn idea ! Cut the mature tops then drown to plump up the lower growth ?
In short: I am trying to harvest the first half like most people do (cut, trim, hang) so I can compare it with my method (drown/cut/hang/trim). I am basically using the 3 day dark to help finish the buds as they are close (and I know the dark period is a good thing), and I wanted to get my flower tent back down to 6 plants. Once she gets drowned she is effectively dead and doesn't really finish the buds more but instead begins to ferment/cure while still attached to the roots.

I am trying to compare drowning vs not drowning because most of my plants have been drown and also trying to test my method of hanging the buds to dry before trimming. A couple of bagseed from my first grow weren't drowned but i didn't do any proper comparison with drown buds at the time, I just started drowning them all.

I am going to get my stitches out tomorrow night if all goes well, and I will pull her out of the dark on Tuesday briefly. I will cut all the colas from one side of the plant and then drown the rest of the plant. If my finger feels OK, and I can get some rubber gloves on my hand, I plan to trim all of the fan and sugar leaves from the first half of the plant and then hang to dry. After 3 - 5 days I will cut the other half of the plant and hang them to dry but I will not do any trimming until they are dry.

Cool deal man and an interesting comparison . I have not drowned a plant yet . Time is alway an issue for me and it seems if it takes a week or more to drown, effectively the bud could have already been dryed and in jars curing .

Cool I've been rolling 4 in flower spaced 1-2 2 wks apart . Now I'm gonna run more , going for 2wk or less harvest intervals .

The beauty of drowning is that it begins the curing process while it is still on the plant. Leaving the plant intact while it hangs/dries also is supposed to aid in the fermentation process. In my limited experience so far, the bud off a drowned plant tastes better when going into the jars than my first buds that were not drowned. It makes the smoke smoother and taste/smell better sooner. If you want to smoke better weed, sooner after harvest, I suggest you try drowning a plant and compare.

I really can't because I have no where to shelter a plant while drowning . It would interfere with my rotation I'm working on also . I 'm getting true cured bud in 2 wks. and thats good enough for me . I've taste tested alot and mine is doing great on taste and smoothness .

I just gave the NLxSK a pruning, 2ga of RO, then 1ga of wk3 veg nutes and Oregonism.

The Sugar Black Rose got 2.5ga of RO + 1.5ga of wk4 Flower nutes and Oregonism. She is the first SCOB to get this far into flower and she gives me lots of hope for my new variation of Hobbes' CCOB training method.

I will post some pics tomorrow morning. Currently drinkin beers, smokin WoW tokes, and watchin UFC 129.

Easy day in the garden yesterday, as I only had to water 2 plants and move the germ'd AKS2 seed into a root plug.

NLxSK: 46 Days veg
My newest SCOB plant. Before and after pruning.

Sugar Black Rose: 21 Days 12/12
My current oldest SCOB plant is turning into a beautiful bush.

Back in the boxes.

I harvested all the colas from 1 meristem of the Wembley today. I trimmed them completely before hanging the buds. I then drowned the rootball of the other half of the plant and put her back into the dark.

The Auto got 2+ ga of RO flush, then thrown into a pail and began her drowning also.

Pics a bit later tonight or tomorrow morning.
