Plop em in there. You don't have to take the rapid rooter off. Just put them in. A little bit of medium in the pot first then clone and fill around.

Well it's probably gonna fall off anyway when I rinse the perilite off, don't want that in the res

My bad! Their root shooters that were given as a sample to try. Gotta say I am impressed at the speed and success rate (100%) for the first time using them but yup they are fragile lol.
