my first grow in soil had the same effects! i think you are overwatering and depriving the plant that is why it is dying from the bottom, UP! you can water too much and get like a sludge ball of soil around the roots and will kill the plant just my 2 cents! i also NEVER used nutes on my soil grow thats why im saying overwatering instead of nute burn! P.S. i never liked soil go HYDRO its way easier and DUMMY proof once you figure it out!

dont know, i am just using distilled water i buy from walgreens. thats what i read. but i think one time i used tap water. would that really make a big difference?

wow holy shit, i like that hydron set up. I just read everyones posts. I have been watering every 3-4 days when it felt light in wieght. I know im a dumb ass when it comes to growing but hell i never knew how to roll a joint when i was younger, now im not too shaby!

anywyas im going to keep dixie going and im about to put a new sprout in belles place. would love more info and input

thanks tatan for sticking up for this ol boy, dixie is coming back from the dead. so no more nuts

Along time ago i had something similar happen to me and it was because of a ph lockout..

dont be to dissapointed its all part of learning you will get there if you keep tryin
as for ur gals i would only water them no nutes at all just giv them water till they show signs of needing nutrients
an the new seedling if its goin in new soil dont feed it for the first 5 or 6 weeks just giv it water then start nutes of at 1/4 strenght for a week then half building up a 1/4 a week
+ rep for not givin up on that gal

I second that Ultimate, the dude is just tryin to get his grow on is all. It's hard enough growing in decent conditions little alone a pc case. Don't give up the fight Fish you will get there.

i have a good friend that made a mistake an nearly killd his plants when he askd for help of 2 other friends they just took the piss so he stoppd growin so now when i see that kinda thing it annoys me

yeah so dixie came back and then died again, and to top it off, the old lady found it in the closet. so i have a nother germination going, so i am going to set my pc on my back porch and try over again.

lol, i have never had a cult before let alone follwers. EVERYONE at 4:20 pm you will worship me by smoking a little or alot of MJ,

anyways, last night while i was playing poker when I got this text messege from the old lady" What the fuck is this in our closet?" shes blonde so i told her Jalapenos, she hasnt said anything more about it. dont know if she believed it????

So I was wondering if I put my PC box on my porch (screened in) that only gets daylights and a lil warm in the morning(the end of the day for the cycle). Will it work?

For veg it might work. Anyway what happened to dixie ? she was doign just fine...:wall:. And I dont know your old lady.. but come on... she sends you a text asking what it is.. you tell her jalapeno and she buys it ? She ptrobably knows the truth.4

But what happend to dixie she was doing fine... i guess its better not yo give nutes in veg... if you dont give nutes you cant screw it up... or maybe you waterred too much ?
