hmmm...looking good dude, the idea...fucking awesome, im subscribed!
exactly what cfl's are u using? and the wattage cuz u gotta be carefull about stretching, iv grown about 4plants wich hav all strenched too much and then turned out male after trying to flower them. oh and ho old is squirt and the 2lst plants?

yea man supprizingly, they are all the same age.... its just squirt started 24/0 in the "GroCan" and the LST's started out 12/12 on daylight...
I then moved the LST's into the "GroCan" when they were big enough to start low stress training...

as for the cfls... i have 226 actual watts covering the 2 LST's and squirt...

n00604173 weird man. mine flowered within a week. they'll be 2 weeks flowering tomorrow. just put up some pics in my journal. make sure you keep that light close, b/c mine's gettin pretty tall now and it's a pain to get her constant light all over, so i'm concentrating on the top where all the buds are

idk dude,,, i dont really have a problem with stretching as they are about to touch every light i have set up in that mother fucker!!!!.....
hence the need to chop some males to make some room....

i was talking to this guy and he said that it could take up to 3 weeks... lol
also Noo6 i didnt give any of the plants a dark cycle before starting flowering...
(most people is 12-48hrs of darkness before the first 12/12 cycle...)
Did you give them a dark cycle...

yeah....i read your whole thread, sumthing like 2x14w - a 40sumthing whatt - and 2x 20sumthing whatts...cant remember exactly bt that adds to about 120w or sumthing, and u dont mention what type of cfl, coolwhite, warm white, daylight white, soft white....just need to know the details. cuz a can of that size would need sum juice

unfortunatly all the cfls are soft white and warm white...
and when i said 226 actual w.... im posotive thats what i have in the "Grocan"

just looking at your pics all i can say is hav u put up that reflective stuff yet? and if possible get the lights right in on her so they atleast an inch to 2inches, good ventilation will help with any heat problems if any since cfl's are by far THE SHIT! when it comes to getting light anywhere u want on your plant, i moved mine closer and got em rite in so all the new branches are lit up and shes still far away enough so it isnt hot......best of luck!

so im hoping that pretty soon it will be all gravy in terms of space....

yeah...nuthing happening there yet. how long they been on 12/12 for now? and as for light, just from looking at your last pic it seems like lite may not be dispursed amongst your plants eavenly. if anything im sure your new growths and branches are strenching their asses of to get some rays. in my opinion id say ( and i know its probably gonna be a huge mission) lower the 2lites on the side so that they are about just below the set of fan leaves wich are second from the top and they look like they close enough, as for the lites up top - rather move them apart from each other to spread lite more rather than keeping close together and get em down to an inch or 2from the tops of your plant. last piece of 2cents that i got wich i think could help would be to just angle the lights differently cuz cfl's emit more lumens out the side of the bulb than they do out the top and its proven that 50% of lite emitted from any bulb is lost if a reflector isnt being used....so just a few simple tips on how to get the most out of your cfl's with good results.

ill just put squirt on some books in the middle... tat should help

so after more inspection of my timer cause i was distraught at why there was no pistils yet,
i think i might of determined the problem....
you see my timer has 30 min intervals, so it has infact 48 pins that can be set in the on or off position....

and my stoner ass didint count the fucking pins right, and i had it on 10 14 for 13 days... so im sure they know its almost time to bud,
got i fucking hate myself right now...

Hahaha- honest mistake there RUCKUS! You should be alright tho- maybe in the future try to invest in one the digital timers.... Just set the time and go- no counting except addin the hours up to get ur start and end time-

If you know where to look Manik You can get one fairly cheap- I know I didn't pay over 10 bucks for my digital- it's nothin extreme- just a basic digital timer with ur on and off setting and an override button......

not here...dude...we are exploited to the max, i cant find daylite white, soft white or even bright white cfl bulbs here, the timer i can find bt they go for anything between 10 and 20 bucks for the non digital ones...digitals are above that up to 30$. my timer works just fine, used to turn the coffee machine at work on and off until they got a digital one and they let me hav the no longer needed outdated model i believe what is most wanted or needed in life will be handed to u...just aslong as you see it when its being offered
