Multiple plants Vs 1 or 2

Alright guys here's the deal, i have a 600w HPS light in a tent and space isnt really an option as it is rather large.


Currently have 4 The church GHS fems and 1 swiss cheese vegging and i was wondering whether to keep all 5 or to pick the strongest 2 or 3?

Which in the end would give me a better yield? can somebody please tell me the pros and cons of each option?

you can get the same yield with 1 or all of them if you veg. to fill the tent. well maybe not the same but, i would keep all 5 and veg a shorter time before flower.

going with fewer plants will need to veg. longer to fill the tent.

your grow style will also come into play. horizontal or vertical grow. topping,fimming, lst, or grow them straight up.

how big is the tent that space is not an issue?

Sorry i should of been more spacific, the tent is 1.4m x 1.4x 2m and i was planning to top each plant, and maybe lst ? what would you reccomend for my set up ?

i would keep all 5, and lst them and veg for a good 6 weeks maybe a little longer if you have time. you may want to use a screen but thats up to you. keep tieing them down for an even canopy and when they fill the tent go to flower. you will want at least a 3 gal. pot maybe 4 gal. but if you want to go with bigger pots, you will want to veg longer.

If you already started all 5 you will be fine in that tent. Personally I would only put 4 in there at 1time but don't think you should kill one on perpos. Chances are you might lose one in the first 6 weeks. Best of luck.
