Mounting PC fans on COB frame for circulation

I'm thinking about screwing maybe 100mm or 120mm fans along 2 sides of the frame pointing down onto the canopy, hinged for adjustment. If the fans and lights were all one unit it could be convenient to have a single power lead to it, and make pack down and set up that little bit easier.

Frame would hold 8 citizen 1212's, 2 controllers and a timer for a 4x4 tent.

I would use clip on fans but they are more expensive and I'm not sure if they'll be better quality, they have a larger footprint. But, will the computer fans create enough breeze? Anyone care to comment?

It would depend on how many you have and if you want warmer air blowing down on the plants, some do, some don't.

You could use one of these to power them if you went that way : https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetai...=sGAEpiMZZMvV8Y9YugmIgk5X04kZkB/ahBOjFSIufEk=

But with a 4x4 you're probably better off just getting a standard oscillating floor fan.
