You can buy a small security light from home depot, they have some low wattage HPS ones. You might be able to flower 1 plant with it..

What I would do is get 42 watt soft white CFL's. They are no more than $10 a piece. I am using soft white for Veg, and they are doing pretty good. Plus I think it is better to have soft white for Veg and flower, than Daylight for Veg and flower. I would get as many as you can for what your budget allows. Get 2-3 "Y" sockets ($2-3) so you can have 2 lights in one fixture. Is the budget for JUST lights, or fixtures as well?

have alook on ebay you can pick up some good stuff on there tho i have never bought anything off it
or take a drive to your local hydro shop and say this is all i have can you do me any kind of deal as your there in person there is a high chance they will say yes

Whenever i go to a hydro store to get whatever bits i need, I always say something like hi i been looking in this other shop at this light they had for x amount but the guy in there wasnt very polite so i didnt fancy giving him the cash is there anything similar you could do for the same price seeing as i would prefer to get it from here

look for used...........prefrence to a hydro shop that can wire it for you than e-bay, but if you have to............ I have found a few shops that sell used equipment(new/used power cord, used ballast,used firebox,new bulb) 1000w hps/mh for 100$. good luck

i went to walmart and bought a 3 light bathroom fixture for $8. then went to home depot and got 3 y extensions and ended up with 6 lights. it already came prewired and i believe it handles up to 300 watts. i spent close to $60 total

I'd see if you could stretch your budget to 90 bucks then get on ebay.I bought all mu light setups on there real cheap.My 1000 watt lights only cost me $95 a pioece shipped with bulbs, my 400 watt setup cost aroun $58 each shipped with bulbs and all came with reflectors too.Fast cheap and easy.I now own about 12 light sources for under $500

You want atleast 3-4 Cool light CFL's.... and then 5+ warm light CFL's for Flowering.... that is all you need... and you can use the cool light's when ur flowering so you have 5 + the 4 u have alrady
