Moonshine Potion Beverage

Wellll, hellooooooo. Title sums it up. Here WE(hopefully) will discuss our forms of making magical liquids..

Keeping this potion strictly weed and alcohol.

My basic ingredients:

190 proof everclear (any better suggestions? i want this to be strong!)
Hash oils (decarbbed, and not)

Im in the middle of an experiment.

A few days ago, i added .67 grams of hash oil to 2 ounces of everclear.. let that sit in dark room temp
the everclear fully dissolved the oil perfectly wit ease.
-I tried .5 ounce of this drink on a clear head. I felt the everclear kick in pretty quick. i then lightly started to feel the high creep in, very light though.. this all lasted a couple hours..
-Im no too pleased with those results. so that dose was : .5 ounces of everclear and .17 grams of hash oil

that was with shelf ready hash oil..

today i attempted to decarb some oil for another batch
I took roughly 1 gram of some more oil . decarbbed that in heat ranging from 200-250F stirred often and thoroughly until i noticed bubbles stop fizzing. (roughly 40 minutes)
i then froze that( so i could remove it from paper) then dumped that straight into 2 more ounces of everclear.
i am now waiting untill tomorrow afternoon to give this a whirl.

To all the generous forummers out there. What do you suggest i do/add/alter?

ive read that a few weeks of the stuff sitting around/mixing makes it better.
How so? it appears that the alcohol quickly bonds with the resin..
and alcohol gets right into our blood correct? wouldnt the resin be attached to that alcohol already? or does our body purge the stuff with our internal heat? ahh. im getting useless now..

JUST TRYING TO MAKE A VERY FUN DRINK HERE. any input? :]

i thought decarbing was done at 300 degrees, or atleast that was the threshold that needed to be crossed?

see if you can make concentrated drops and put under your tongue, just a thought.

i am interested in using the alcohol as a way to carry the thc in larger amounts faster to your blood, but i dont want to get drunk in the process.

I think something worked this time :]

not sure if it was the extra oil, or the decarb.

experience :

alcohol quickly takes effect, then wears off just in time for the mj.

the high seemed to slowlyyyyyyyyy creep in. and it felt pretty nice, kept going got a little heavy towards the peak, but then slowly crept away. soon after the peak, i ate my 2nd meal of the day, oh boyyyy. sooo good :]

the dose was 1 tbsp of everclear, and 250 milligrams of decarbed oil..

I did the same thing last week and got fucked up
If you decarb first and then let it sit I don't think it will get any stronger
But if you dont decarb it will get stronger because it will naturally decarboxilate over time (could be wrong)

Yup, carboxylic acid will naturally decarboxylate with time and make orals made with it more psychoactive.

I initially experimented with ethanol tinctures, but like oil tinctures better, as they tie up the liver processing it longer, which leaves the cannabinoids in our systems longer. We add other ingredients to make HAO or HS oil, but if you simply mix 3 grams of coconut oil to 10 grams of BHOA, it will work well.
